Last year WWE also released a dvd on Macho Man. Savage will get inducted into the HoF one day out of pure business from both parties.
Also, Bruno Sammartino is the legend that truly needs to let things go. Yeah it sucks that during his era wrestlers weren't making the millions that they can now, but he was still doing decently well for himself. Plus nobody ever said being a pioneer or a trail blazer was easy.
He'll be inducted posthumously, no doubt. Unless he writes into his will "don't let my backstabbing family allow vince to induct me into his hall of fame".
Stan the Man Stasiak apparently did that somewhat. But if his grandkids need some extra help with college, they might as well go to Vince and allow the induction. Though I'm not current on if that situation is still going on. Stasiak however despite being a former WWE Champion is not the trophy that Bruno Sammartino would be.
They look to be the same style as the Batman Brave & Bold ones. Those come as singles or two packs, neither of which are particularly cheap
They released SD power ranger figures in the most recent line. They did 4 2-packs at like 7 or 8 bucks each and then released a big pack with all 8 of them for like 25 bucks. I doubt WWE would do something similar considering how fucking much their figs are in the first place.

This is arguably the best kane figure ever made. It even comes with the towel and chains that he wore in his prime when he should have won the world title. Amazing figure..that is all.

There are some good sales going on at wal mart and target and even kmart for figures. I picked up over the limit Punk and Swagger yesterday for 7.50 a piece. Target is having the same sale and kmart is doing a buy 2 get 1 free. Just a heads up to anyone that is collecting mattel.
Btw my collection is getting pretty nice...got 33 figures now. 5 of them are Punks tough. With 4 Jerichos also.

I was considering it. I collect a lot of things, and was gonna start doing WWE figures, but money is a bit tight now.
I remember probably 10 or 11 years ago I had a talking Jericho figure. That figure was the shit. Awesome.
I haven't bought a wrestling figure since about August. Unfortunately, there aren't too many that I want or I can't find the ones I want. Did get a smexy ass SCSA for Xmas tho. Too lazy to take a picture.
Mattel has got me addicted to their figures. I never liked the jakks figures...but the mattel are just so detailed and scaled and it makes them look so much better. Rey Mysterio isn't the same height as Kane. And Orton stands taller than Cena its just really cool.
They're beautiful, absolutely no doubt about that, i've just been focusing more on my Kamen Rider, DVD, and Transformers collections lately.
I got my kids some for xmas, mainly the flex force ones. Punk, miz, orton, cena, rey, taker and big show. Plus, got my 3 year old a cody rhodes from the rumble set. He loves rhodes and likes to sing his song
My collection started by accident. For christmas 2 years ago, Candice Michelle was sitting on my desk at work and no one would fess up who got her for me. Then on my birthday, my GF at the time made me a cake and bought the CM Punk, Shawn Michaels and Chris Jericho micro 3 pack and she placed them on the cake. I lost the Jericho somewhere during the move/breakup deal.
I didn't really like the JAKKS action figures all that much. Although I love my Candice figure. I thought they did a better job with the divas then they did with most of the guys.
Then the Entrance Greats came out with Trips and HBK. I marked out like a little kid cuz I frikken love DX. So I bought those. Then I got the HBK with red pants, the HBK Elite with t-shirt and stupid little hat that doesn't even look right on him. AND THEN THE DX TWO PACK! 2 words for ya!!!!... I even bought a ring to put DX in. Now if only I could find little ladders, tables and chairs and the belts... I probably cream myself LOL
And then I broke down and bought a John Cena with the orange bands and an Undertaker (the one where he has his top pulled down like he does at the end of his matches).
I also have all 4 of the 7/11 Summer Slam slurpee figures and all the cups from this year and last. I even got the Edge Summer Slam promo stand from 7/11.

UGH, that Regal looks AMAZING, but I already have one! Oh wells, 2 Regals can't be a bad thing. I gotta say, the Mattel line's faces were pretty off at first, but all of the newer figures look SPOT ON.
Oh! I almost forgot. I got a Stone Cold and a Yoshi Tatsu for Christmas. I just ordered some more stuff off of WWE.com and when it comes in, I'll take a new pic of my collection.

Thanks Hero! It's the first RAW ring that Mattel came out with. It's much smaller than the new elite ring. I wish I had waited, cuz I really want the elite ring now. Money is tight though at the moment.

Ah, see, I like that ring 'cause it's smaller. I've got an older ring that i was given for my tenth birthday, but the thing is so large that it doesn't fit on a bookcase or shelf.
I bought that shelf just for my WWE guys because I knew the ring would fit. The Elite ring won't fit though. They still have all 3 (RAW, SMACKDOWN & ECW) in the Wal-marts near me. You should be able to find one. I think they are 12X12. I don't have a tape measure on me to make sure though.
Those mini-figures look AWESOME. I've never seen them before, other than a couple pics in this thread. How many series of them are out? And are they available online?

Yeah mth get them! So far two packs are sheamus/cena, truth/punk, jomo/rey, and dx. Then they have a 7 pack that has kofi and punk in black white and taker from that coffin set and the rest of the two pack guys. Then they have a ring with cena/sheamus and a cage that has rey. And you should find them online..all my stores around me got them in like 2 weeks or so ago.

Haha get them MJ they are really cool. They stand about a lil over 2 inches and they are even in scale. Taker is the tallest and rey is the shortest of the bunch.
Does anybody have an amazon.com account? I do, but I haven't purchased anything so I can't write reviews or give opinions on products. Someone needs to go on there and warn customers that this is not an elite ring and they are saying it is. It's cool and all, and the accessories are awesome, but it is way overpriced for not being an elite ring. Would love the anouncers table though.

I realise that most people will probably see the picture and realise it's not an Elite Scale ring. But it's just like McDonalds having to put a "Caution Hot" on their coffee cups. Someone will buy it and then complain that it is not an Elite Ring. I did contact amazon about this, and they said they determined that a change in description was not needed. It was probably a bot that answered back anyways. So they are going to continue to falsely advertise this as an Elite Ring.

I just picked up the Shawn Michaels DX Elite Series 7. It didn't come with a stand. Is that normal now with the new series and forward? Or did I get a bad box? Horny comes with a little stepladder in his, so I'm assuming he probably didn't have a stand, but I didn't even think to look. I didn't notice until I got home and opened it that there was no stand for HBK. And again, why can't they make the hats good for him. Trips hat looks good and horny's helmet looks good. FFS, why can't they do a good cowboy hat? Even Macho Man's doo rags looks good.
Also, I saw the rumblers set with Trips and HBK. I was gonna get them, but they are small and I couldn't justify paying 10+tax for them. At least not now with money being tight. I had to get the HBK one because I didn't want to miss out like I did with the one of him in the tan pants. So now I have all the HBK mattel figures except that one and the Defining Moments one. I'll probably get the rumbler one next week. They had a sh*tload of them.
Yeah they stopped putting out the stands except for the defining moments will still get them. They stopped putting out stands starting with basic 8, elite 7, and legends 4. Something to do with cutting costs w/o actually cutting out details on the figures. The packaging is different too for the same reason. Nice pick up btw. I don't have any HBK figures yet. I am holding out for a legends one that is from the mid 90s.

BTW, the ring that I mentioned prior that is being sold on amazon as an Elite Scale ring is now up to $80.88. It's just a regular ring with some cool accessories, but it's not worth the extra $60-65 they are charging for it. I've contacted them twice to let them know that they are falsely advertising this product, and each time, they said they are not and will not change it.

I am not thrilled about Elite Kofi ... he looks like he's wearing clown pants; I really want Defining Moments Stone Cold and HHH and Steamboat. And Legends Eddie!? YES, PLEASE!!? Totally loving everything Mattel is doing with this line. And I'm excited that Eve is getting a figure as she's NEVER had a figure before and Melina, Michelle, Beth, Mickie, Kelly, and Maryse all had Jakks figures, so this is totally new and different, face looks pretty spot on!
Now, when Jakks had the line, they did Classic Superstars Divas, but they never ever did Deluxe Aggression Divas or mini Build-n-Brawl Divas. Now, since Mattel doesn't seem to shy away from female figures/dolls (hello, they made their name off of Barbie), I hope we get at a bad ass Elite Diva ... I find it baffling that Yoshi Tatsu is getting an Elite figure over, say, Layla or Michelle ... all things considered, they could come with their "FLAWLESS" hoodies and their co-Divas Titles. Just a suggestion. I know eventually we're going to get a Diva Legends figure (probably Miss Elizabeth or Sensational Sherri), but there's some untapped potential amongst the ladies, besides giving us ANOTHER John Cena or ANOTHER Kofi Kingston.
2-Packs - The Bella Twins or Lay-Cool; Tamina & Santino, Maryse & Teddy? (another idea I have - thought not about Divas - would be Alberto Del Rio and his announcer!)
Elite - Have Layla in one series, Michelle in the other, have both come with a broken half of the Women's Title, which you can piece together, that'd be nifty. Or Maryse with her coat and a bottle of hairspray; or Natalya with her ring jacket and Divas Title.
Legends - Definitely Team Extreme Lita, with baggy pants (think Fatal Finishers line, circa 2000); Trish Stratus, black and pink one-piece outfit from her Main Event match against Lita in 04, plus Women's Title; Miss Elizabeth would be awesome, especially since they did Savage, and of course Sherri ... however, I'd have Sherri in the same series as a Legends HBK. As a Divas fan, I really hope that some day we get a Mattel Sable figure, I might have to make a custom one myself, but I can dream.
Cannot, cannot wait for Alberto Del Rio to get a figure, especially an Elite one. Also look forward to an Elite A-Ry or Legends JBL.

Be lucky to have someone pay that price though. BCA figures are pretty much worth what you would have paid for them in mass retail 10-15 years ago. Razor Ramon, Diesel, and Ultimate Warrior are pretty much the only ones worth more than the others.

That Jake the Snake looks awesome. I remember having a Jake figure back in the early 90s that had a rubbery snake accessory which was pretty awesome. I like that wrestling figures often seem to have pretty nice accessories with them. I don't have any figures any more but every time I see them in stores the playsets and stuff look really tempting to play with.
at work today i came in the possession of degininf moments MACHO MAN WM7. its fucking epic.
Saw that Ted and Cody set last week, but I skipped on it. I already have a Cody (admittedly not as epic) and AGHSGSHAGHGSA TED DIBIASE LOL.
Just picked up the two pack rumblers of kofi and miz. They are really awesome i will get a pic of my rumblers all together and post it later on. But for series 2 2 packs they also had edge/orton, cena/swoggle, and hhh/big show. I wanted orton but didn't want edge so I passed on it.
My local target (AKA my toy buying spot) has more shelf space devoted to those rumbler toys than they do for TNA. WWE's entire section is about as big as the Transformers section, except that the wrestling figs clear out WAY faster than the TFs.
I haven't bought any rumblers yet. Not really buying toys atm and I really don't have anywhere to put the rumblers if I got any anyway.
