If Hero doesn't show up to accept his loss, instead of MTR picking who else gets a name change, to make it more fun, we should go to the runner up. So since Jey won and Cena was runner-up, whoever had Cena's spot should pick their victim? Isn't that what a runner-up means?
It brings up the possible question, what if Jey gets snakebit or stumbles down some stadium while waiving both arms doing his entrance through the crowd? If he's unable to compete at Wrestlemania, who would the WWE put in the Main Event? I get that it might be bad karma to think out loud about someone not being able to compete, about I don't mean to jinx Jey at all. But WWE would probably creatively come up with something in the "rules" that says the runner-up gets the main event spot, and award it to Cena. Fantasy booking, they could tell Jey that he's been awarded a MITB contract instead. This would, without a doubt, be fully accepted by the WWE universe. If I were booking it, I'd have Cena challenge for GUNTHER's title, as I would love to see them both battle. Leat Cena and GUNTHER go 15 min or so, GUNTHER gettting the upper hand, then we hear "USO" and Jey's music hits, and Jey returns to the ring and it's now a 3-way match, where Jey pins Cena. The crowd would erupt, Jey would have his moment, and GUNTHER would be able to claim Jey never beat him.

In all fairness, I was kind of digging 3puppies' idea.
Derp. When I threw out the idea of a runner-up getting the spot, I was honestly thinking about Jey and Cena. I hadn't realized MTR had won with Charlotte, and the runner-up was Roxanne (who I had). I am destined to be bridesmaid, not a bride.
Glad that Real Men Wear Gowns showed up, as I wasn't campaigning for myself.
