The heel turn of Owen Hart was really lost on most viewers as the world of professional wrestling and the Monday night war exploded as D-Generation X successfully drove a "tank" down to ringside...WCW ringside!
Owen Hart joined The Nation and started a hot angle with Ken Shamrock that will no doubt produce some good technical bouts.
Nothing could compare to the earth shattering sight of D-X invading the WCW backstage and eventually making it all the way to ringside.
Fans went nuts at the sight of Kevin Nash doing crotch chops with D-X. The impromptu Kliq reunion was only missing Shawn Michaels (recovering from back surgery) and Scott Hall (currently in rehab).
The reunion turned nasty as HHH and X-Pac jumped Nash, being heard to say that D-X would make NWO's members "Suck it!". Nash suffered a Bronco Buster and a Pedigree as Billy Gunn, Road Dogg and Chyna all kept incoming NWO members at bay.
Sources say Eric Bischoff "was going postal" at the sight of one of the WWF's hottest acts strolling up to him backstage.
Surprisingly enough, Bischoff let D-X drive their vehicle straight to ringside. Sources said mid conversation you could see Eric realize this was going to get a big rating.
TNT got their highest rated segment ever on any program.
The same sources say Eric was in "the best mood I've ever seen him in." as the news of the record breaking rating came flooding in.
Conversely, WWF sources say Vince McMahon had enjoyed his little maneuver until the rating came in the next day. WWF fans switched to Nitro in droves giving the USA network a all time low rating as everyone wanted to see something never thought possible. It's been said the producer of the segment Bruce Prichard and Head of Talent Relations Jim Ross both took separate tongue lashings from the WWF owner. Jim Cornette was heard to say that the only way the segment could have been hotter was if D-X had come out of a giant box at WCW ringside.
Both TNT and USA executives have been feverishly working at striking a temporary deal that would see both WWF and WCW talent being interchangeable. Both channels will air segments from both shows. The deal is imminent and we could see these exciting changes on both shows as soon as this Monday.
Fans exiting the Norfolk Scope in Norfolk, Virginia excitedly wondered could happen next. Some wondered when Rey Mysterio Jr. and Rick Steiner would return from injury to join the fun? Would D-X vs. NWO explode with the Kliq caught in the middle? Could Ken Shamrock make The Giant tap out to the Ankle Lock? Would Ric Flair show up but on the WWF side due to his backstage problems with Eric Bischoff? Would Bret Hart finally confront Vince McMahon over what happened last November at the Survivor Series? Most demanded the match that could see Stone Cold take on Goldberg! One person though, expressed interest in Lodi taking on Steve Blackman.
Both Vince McMahon and Eric Bischoff have stated that this new mandate from USA and TNT executives should finally answer which wrestling company truly is the greatest. Neither have held back their stern feelings and both have proclaimed their company will be the one standing tall at the end.
It is a exciting time to be a fan. No doubt that WWF talent and WCW talent are looking to claw their way up the card to be WWF top talent and WCW top talent respectively. Still, there can be only one company that can undoubtedly be called the best wrestling company in the world. Who will ultimately survive, WWF or WCW?

The May 4th edition of Raw and Nitro featured one of the greatest battle royals in this modern day of professional wrestling. Both shows were represented and here are the blow by blow results.
CWE eliminates Caito.
The bell barely rings before CWE has grabbed Caito by the neck and gives him a hearty toss that clears the top rope. Caito can’t believe his bad luck and heads to the back.
Morrison eliminates CWE.
Morrison grabs the blinded CWE and deposits him on the arena floor.
MTR eliminates Insaner. MTR catches Insaner with a huge back body drop that sees Insaner taking a huge bump to the floor.
Badger eliminates MTR.
Badger sneaks in behind MTR and dumps him over the top rope to the floor.
Listo95 eliminates Randolph.
Randolph looks to jump off the top rope but Listo95 cuts him off sweeping Randolph's feet off balance, crotching him on the top rope. Listo gives Randolph a hard shove to the floor.
Badger eliminates Peter Griffin.
Badger leads a birthday bash for Peter Griffin as a group of people fling him over the top to the floor.
Listo95 eliminates Badger. Badger was busy celebrating his elimination of Peter Griffin. Listo95 offers a high five and Badger accepts. However, Listo holds Badger's hand, Irish whipping him into the ropes. Badger hooks the top rope to hault his momentum but Listo followed Badger in, connecting with a hard clothesline. Badger flips over the top rope and lands on the floor, eliminated.
3puppies eliminates Listo95.
Just after Listo95 clotheslines Badger out, 3puppies drop kicks Listo. Listo topples up and over the top rope to the floor.
Psycho666Soldier eliminates Morrison.
Morrison grabs Psycho666Soldier and tosses him over the top rope. Psycho holds on and lands in the ring apron. Morrison rushes Psycho but Psycho drops down to the edge of the ring apron as he pulls the top rope down. Morrison sails right over Psycho and the top rope down to the arena floor.
Psycho666Soldier eliminates Graeham.
While Morrison sails over the top rope, Graeham gets caught in his legs and falls out swiftly after Morrison. Psycho666Soldier rolls under the bottom rope safe from elimination.
Blind Ninja eliminates Psycho666Soldier.
Psycho666Soldier stands up right into Blind Ninja who tosses Psycho over and out of the battle royal.
kdestiny eliminates Skillshot.
kdestiny hits his finisher on Skillshot. The lifeless Skillshot is then deposited over the top to the floor by kdestiny.
VoidKitten eliminates Blind Ninja, LemonDemonGirl, Val the Moofia Boss and kdestiny.
Blind Ninja fought valiantly as LemonDemonGirl, Val the Moofia Boss and kdestiny triple teamed him against the top rope. All three almost had a combined elimination on BN but VoidKitten sneaks up behind them and deposits all four onto the floor.
VoidKitten eliminates Llettuce.
Llettuce dashes towards VoidKitten but Void side steps Llettuce, sending them over the top rope into the four previously eliminated combatants. The four catch and set Llettuce on the apron saving them from elimination but Void is wise to the move. VoidKitten builds steam and places their shoulder into Llettuce, sending them backward to the ground this time eliminating them for good.
Clawsout eliminates Mazer.
As the commotion with Void is happening, Clawsout sneakily dumps Mazer over the top rope to the floor.
VoidKitten eliminates Clawsout.
VoidKitten turns to see Clawsout dumping Mazer to the floor and goes nuts with a flurry of punches to the face and mid section of Claws, backing him into the corner. Claws breaks free of the beat down only to be followed by the vengeful Void. Claws decides discretion is the better part of valor and takes a dive over the top, eliminating himself, and back peddles all the way to the locker room.
VoidKitten eliminates Dreyski, FoxxiMcLeod and Jitters.
Dreyski was on the top rope and leapt off but Void catches him and in one motion belly to belly suplexes Dreyski over the top rope to the floor. In the opposite side of the ring FoxxiMcLeod and Jitters were trading punches when Void rushes them with a double clothesline over the top rope, causing the double elimination.
VoidKitten eliminates 3puppies.
VoidKitten was feeling confident as 3puppies rushed into him. Both went over the top rope but VoidKitten held on watching 3pups tumble to the floor. Void reentered the ring as the final four eyed one another from each corner of the ring.
VoidKitten eliminates Bluegunn and DivaSmurf.
Bluegunn and DivaSmurf square off as do VoidKitten and Tildey. Each pair of combatants are trading punches oblivious to the other pair. VoidKitten puts his hands up to Tildey to say stop and motioned to the other pair of wrestlers. Void and Tildey sneak up on Bluegunn and Diva and dump them both to the floor.
VoidKitten eliminates Tildey.
VoidKitten quickly grabs Tildey and throws them over the top.
VoidKitten celebrates their victory as the first hour of Raw/Nitro comes to a close!

That lummox Bill Goldberg dropped Psycho666Soldier on his head while attempting his Jackhammer finisher. Sources close to the scene say Psycho couldn't move in the ring and had to be air lifted to the closest hospital for further testing. It's been said his wrestling career is likely over.

5. Local sources say Pat Patterson was out late with different superstars at a karaoke bar singing "My Way" among other classics. 4. Earlier in the afternoon, word was that the Ultimate Warrior and Psycho666Soldier traded nutritional shake and other dietary supplement recipes. 3. Pete Rose has been in talks to return for more Kane introductions following his appearance at Wrestlemania XIV. 2. Meng is hungry. 1. Psycho666Soldier woke up the following morning and could move freely. Doctors were positive Psycho would never walk again but his healing powers seem to have left doctors eating crow. It appears Psycho just suffered one helluva stinger.

Flights were canceled in Kentucky. Jim Cornette already had a big van rented for the trip because he hated to fly. CWE, Val the Moofia Boss, Randolph and Bluegunn all loaded in the van to make the next town. It was late and the only thing open was a local Diary Queen.

Psycho666Soldier was headed down a hallway when Kane was suddenly all over him with a flurry of strikes. Kane wrapped his large hand around Psycho666Soldier's neck. Instead of Kane's normal chokeslam, Kane launched Psycho backwards down a flight of stairs. Psycho landed hard as Kane cocked his head to look at the destruction he had caused. This angle is sure to make money.

LOD 2000 made quick work of lotjx and Insaner. Hawk and Animal both looked good as they celebrated their victory. 1 star.

Sting stood on the arena roof and watched as the ambulance sped away to a medical facility with Psycho666Soldier in the back.

Brawling out back, Meng couldn't help himself and bit off Bluegunn's ear. Outnumbered it didn't matter, Meng backed down many WWF Tag Teams from fear of losing body parts.

Sable used her nails on a chalkboardesque voice to bury Pablo Diablo after their segment. Sable, being one of Vince's big box office draws, had some clout. Sting would never get over with that tan.

Val the Moofia Boss was all set to model more shirts. Sable had a Caito shirt on and the fans went nuts.
Sable had gotten over to the point that her ego weighed as much as her breasts.
When Sable got to the back she demanded to know why Meng had merchandise. Sable thought her modeling a Meng shirt was beneath her pay grade.
Meng was unimpressed with her lack of talent and her voice was on a dog whistle type of wave length so much so that Meng went crazy and bit her nose off.
Sable was immediately rushed to a medical facility to fix her nose, while Meng was sent home since he ruined one of Vince'sgolden geese.

The only thing I've heard is that wrestlers are supposed to act in character, and one time there was a wrestler who was leaving and his opponent expressed IRL sympathy/admiration for him which was out of character and that was a big kerfuffle with the audience.
If you can get the other 5 you need to get this fully filled, I'll be the sixth I guess; otherwise I'll just watch - if I do end up playing I will be low effort-ing regardless of what I am. I've got like 2/10 battery charge in the bank for this.

Actually gonna be honest myself, though I’m still in the game myself, just found out today a good friend of ours was hospitalised because of a stroke so not altogether right now plus got two weeks training on new office stuff involving me travelling very early by train so tbh mostly here to help you out as well as gonna struggle a bit.
