I still don't trust LDG. I think Mazer gave her the scum role of Ray Parlour, but with a gimmick that if alignment checked by a cop she would appear green, and apparently if role checked she would appear as the EN doc. LDG has followed her quirky style as to playing aloof, pretending not to be able to read people, but never trying to help solve, never offering opinions as to what happened in the actions. Also, I don't think she offered any thoughts, or meaningful votes on any of the scum that have been caught so far. I think she was coached by scum on the few votes she has cast that weren't OMGUS.
Additionally, I didn't see any of our recently yeeted scum, Tildey, Insaner, or MTR, attempting any discussion about LDG. Before they were caught, they would have known if she was not scum, and she would have been an easy target as someone who was not confirmed town. I think Tildey in particular would have picked up on the opportunity to potentially buy herself more time.
To me, it just seems far more likely that LDG is this kind of scum, than it is that someone else is a traitor. I get that Mazer likes to do stuff that will mess with spreadsheeters, but I don't think anyone else's game actions point to traitor. Mazer creating more characters than players, and giving scum the ability to mess with town investigations, seems about right.
That seemed fine to me once I noticed that Hippie messed with Tildey.

It's not that I want to, more so a case of creating a stalemate. If we don't eliminate someone during the day phase, then the remaining scum will be forced to kill someone at night if they want to see the numbers go down.
Alternatively we can take a blind shot in the dark and eliminate someone today in an attempt to find the right target...but then if we make the wrong choice and someone dies at night then we're down two players.
This is not a blind shot in the dark. Evidence points to LDG. I will acknowledge there appears to be evidence to the contrary as there are shenanigans going on, but there's stronger evidence (and game play) clearing the rest of us.

Randolph, my inclination is still to vote LDG now because I think it is the much more likely possibility. My reaction was based on you saying I was pretty adamant, which I am not, and it immediately followed my reading of the analysis given of your vote timing. If you are coming in to vote when it's a foregone conclusion, that doesn't make the rest of town very comfortable. If LDG somehow flips town, I will be surprised, not just because Foxxi basically solved this game so early of the shenanigans Mazer is throwing at us, but because it would mean I actually interpreted the write-up correctly. I have erred in my last several games, and that is weighing on my mind.

Could have been an attempt to bypass a block or throw off other town actions. I think that it was theorized earlier that is what scum did to kill someone.

As soon as the foreclosure sign went up, the Badgers mourned the loss of Business Badger. Their funding would soon dry up, and they knew that they had to find a way to end the Evil League. So even with the loss of Business Badger, there was still a job to do.
Lothario Badger knew that only love could save them now. So it was time to make love out of nothing at all. He prepared his 80s power ballads, and found a secluded spot. He asked Rando to be his lookout man, as the magic happened.
Badger Noir was puzzled. But he hoped to find answers along the trail of 3puppies.
Robo Badger transformed again. With his freeze way, he could stop the world. Or at least 3puppies.
Meanwhile, Ray Parlour ran around town, looking for Badgers to slide tackle.
In the midst of the battle, Ray Parlour's rage unfurled,
A burning hatred for the Badgers, in his heart it swirled.

So I had Foxxi in my head when I voted for LDG and wasn't really getting much from her but core 6 but now she's flipped town.
Which brings me to my next question Randolph asked Listo this then suddenly casted a vote on LDG and I need to hear why? I might be over reading this...just need to hear what happened here and Listo agreed too with Business Badger.

Not much more to add. Randolph got me thinking about 3puppies. I haven't been paying very much attention to the specifics of what every role can do, and I think not everything might be showing up in the writeups anyway.
Not what I was talking about, the post after Badger was killed.
Earlier in the game, it was observed that there were seemingly more characters than players. IIRC all of the town characters have shown up in the writeups now. The only explanation I can think of is that either one of those roles is a fake, and/or the last scum is playing two characters (a town character and the Ray character). This morning's writeup seems to suggest that there is screwry going on. It says that Ray did something but doesn't say what. I think what he did was not shown in the writeup. Hence why we can't rely on the writeups alone to solve the game and have to judge player behavior in the game thread.
I read what 3pups had said and I was busy with Memorial Day weekend stuff. I thought he had written the best argument on anyone so far and was willing to put a vote on LDG for now until I checked things out later. When I came back, I saw he immediately blasted me for voting against her and did a complete 180 on me. It was very hypocritical, considering he had voted against her right off the bat. After reading that, I felt he was covering his bases and opened the door for me to get blamed if/when LDG turned out to be town.
That's the whole deal on that.
And I have it on good authority that the man with 3 baby dogs probably did not act last night, good or bad.
I post and then the conversation dies. Other than what I previously posted, does anyone have any theories, information, or guesses on who the remaining scum is?

I think it's safe to say 3pups is none of the roles that acted last night.
Issue is I don't know if that Ray action matters if they get RBd or not.
Only reason I say that is because I see 3 nights without Ray showing up not including N1 where no scum appeared. N5 the RB happened to Randolph, N6 had no RB, N8 had no RB either from what I see.
I was wrong on LDG. I realize now that I was sticking to my own interpretations of my character's action, while disregarding the fact that it meant other players' info was wrong - which I thought possible because that's how Mazer rolls the dice. I felt it was more likely that their info was messed with instead of mine.
LDG hadn't been cleared. The rest of us all appear to have something.

Well we haven't seen Ray actually target ANYONE all game. He just has the "looking for stuff" more or less. Lothario has hidden every night from what I can see.
But there are several nights when Lothario appears, but Ray does not. I wonder if Lothario, as a fake hider, gains the ability to appear as both Ray and Lothario in the writeup after he successfully hides on x different people? Again, I don't know if a fake hider role is even a thing or not - and I defer to the more experienced players for thoughts.
It was only because Future came out in his post wanting us to support Grae - and help make it clearer that Grae's trust list coincided with people Lothario hid behind - that I am even questioning Grae.
I want to go back and look at Grae's voting history on the Insaner, Future, and Tildey trains, but I have meetings this AM.

Listo, while I must not confirm nor deny anything and risk getting modkill, can I ask you your thoughts about Randolph, Grae, and Jitters?
Having looked more and more through several old posts, I think I may have been wrong earlier trying to refresh my memory of Foxxi's suspicion on Randolph. Now that I look back, at that time, she was thinking Insaner was likely town, and she wasn't sure on Badger, PG, nor Jarred. Randolph being scum would require a scum having a fake roleblock in the tickling cougar. Did Tildey block anyone else, and did it go through?
Grae hasn't been very active as far as solving nor voting, but I don't know that necessarily tells us very much. I was hoping someone who has played more than me could tell me if a fake hider role is more likely than a fake roleblock.
As far as Jitters, well I think Val makes a reasonable argument. Jitters got us the SK, which was arguably good for town, but also for scum at the time. Who do you think Jitters is playing as town?

Are you talking about me posting my understanding of the writeup? I have misunderstood how Rajah writeups translate into actions before, so I wrote my understanding of it and hoped that if I was wrong or missed something that I would be corrected.
Are you talking about the random.org vote? It was early game and I did not recall having any strong feelings on people yet. Better to vote than to do nothing.

There were 6 red names seen by that point. Rando, SOB, He Who Must Not Be Named, Tickling Cougar, PaintMeBadgerRed, and Ray Parker. And there were two dead red names in the player tally, therefore there were 4 red players left.

I've absolutely made some catastrophic misreads I suppose with PG and LDG just inactiveness from PG and yeah if I'd read LDG a bit better...it was just Foxxi had the core 6 and I felt it was so strong.
Jitters votes will be bad for town and apart from a couple of misreads I should've stillnl proven I'm town so you need to get off that train if you're indeed town and where we look I'm a little stumped atm I need some direction as this is pretty difficult for me as a player now especially as I've got the last couple of players wrong.
But yeah please if you're town you need to read Foxxi's posts read up and look at things in depth and you'll know then that I can't possibly be scum.
TBH I'm starting to see a world where Val is the traitor.
