If we aren't going to kill pPG to get rid of inactivity vote, lets make sure everyone actually, you know, votes.
Also, the inactivity voter totally makes sense with why the vote count was at 24 voters the first day. It was to prevent an inactivity kill on N1. Smart.
On one hand, Val: Largely absent - which is NAI - and clean according to Claws. On the other hand pups: who began the vote train on jitters and and generally just doesn't feel like scum to me. Honestly I'm more inclined to think pups is town, and godfathers are a thing.... but that said, while one of them is red - they are part of a team that will still have people on it -- the better option for us as town today is to remove cBN which will stop an entire kill, giving town more breathing room.

Pups pointed out to me yesterday that I missed that PG had unwrapped before the night phase began -- which means he had an iron collar of sorts. It's not impossible that a town would have that, but I personally think it's far more likely to be tossed on an interesting 3p to keep them in the game a little longer doing their thing - and since this particular 3p has a kill and appears to be a lone kill - removing it is in the town's best interests, so we don't have nights where we loose two town at a time.
I'm okay with a pPG vote. You've laid out what I was thinking. I went further and looked into the writeups and I feel like they are written help contribute to this idea.

Also interesting that 3pups has appeared on two watch lists now as possible scum. 2/3 scum on the last one and 1/2 on this one. Could just be a big coincidence and he happens to be town. However the logic on PG possibly being “BN” due to the iron collar is strong and probably the best possibility.

I wanted the last day to be over so I didn't have that anymore. The case against Morrison took off and there really was not going to be any alternate train to that.
I want to see how everyone votes when its a forced Val/3puppies vote. I tend to lean 3puppies as town. The posts he made yesterday felt aggressive. Either he is powerwolfing or they were a genuine push. However, Val was greenchecked.
It comes down to which we think is more likely. 3puppies trying to buy time and get everyone to vote for Val or Val being a godfather.
I hear you claws - but pups doesn't read as scum to me, and GF's are a fairly common thing. But today we should focus on removing the extra kill - and make sure to get people's opinions about pups vs Val

Okay so doing a quick check in here. We lost Diva and Pablo. Diva was killed by cBN and people seem sure that he is PG. Looks like a ninja kill or something on Pablo.
We still have the whole Val and 3puppies decision to make but looks like we are holding off on that to take care of PG. Green check on Val but 3pups makes a great argument so maybe a GF situation.
Sucks we lost a cop but I don't think they even did a night action and only voted once. Also sucks to lost a watcher when we know the other watcher is on a short list for scum to take out.
Guess I will do this for now and come back in a bit after some dinner and last minute shopping before a storm comes in.

I will happily go along with yeeting pPG today, but pVal is most definitely scum. Him being Godfather if he was greenchecked.
If we take pPG down today, I would ask someone to please check me tonight, to prove I am green. But that might be too much of an invitation for scum to set a potential trap in front of me.
I can't come out and roleclaim nor character claim, but I guess pVal can't falsely roleclaim either. But pVal also offers nothing in trying to solve, no comments on the fact that I started the Jitters train, no comments on his pMorri vote when it was pretty much a foregone conclusion.
And another point here. If we are to believe pFuture's accusation that 2 of the 3 visitors to pPsycho were red scum, and the third was the green hider cVoid, then how could pVal be green checked when the hider role was used on the same night? The hider was successful, so pVal couldn't have been checked if he was the hider.

If I were operating purely on personal bias, I'd side with Val. Putting bias aside, though, I'm more inclined to side with 3pups.
But Id also vote others over 3pups based on play/activity levels
While I feel pretty good about lynching pPG, I am wondering about the role he has. We suspect he is cBN, the 3rd party responsible for taking out what looks to me like maybe his pick, or a random pick, from among non-voters. I wonder if it is possible that cBN is a survivor role who takes out a random nonvoter, or if he's a jester with a serial kill power. Or maybe he's only intentionally killing a non-voter. But the write up makes me wonder.
There are still several red scum left, and I wonder if we are making it easier for them if we delay a lynch on pVal. pFoxxi may have pure intentions in finding out where folks stand, and if I have convinced people that pVal is cCWE, it will make it easier for the rest of the red team to jump on his train.
Either way, even if we take pPG = cBN out, it's still important that people vote. I suspect scum has an ability to end a day early or cast other vote shenanigans
I would say... With the character named after me, I'd be a SK or Vig. If all we see is it taking out low activity members, i see it more on the vig/surv side then SK. I have stated multiple times to multiple mods that we need some minimum activity and even got the opportunity to have a lurker kill in previous games, so it fits who I am. Either way, if its a kill that town has to account for, it would be better to remove it from the game prior to seeing if its a SK or lurker vig

As to your question, I can be convinced either way. Val’s posts are meh. Don’t do much for me. 3pups posting has me either thinking he is a frustrated town or a try too hard scum defense. Although, inviting ppl to investigate you in night moves generally isn’t well received around these parts.
With that said…..
I have a very good in game reason to guarantee you that if Val was scum, they did not get the opportunity to act. Doesn’t totally clear then…. But it is something.
With that said, since it appears we had hanging someone else first and I’m not around a ton today….

Caito’s reasoning for Val not being able to act is interesting but it doesn’t match Val being spotted N2 unless they’re maybe talking different nights.
Also the only argument I could see for 3pups starting the train on Jitters early if he was a scum was perhaps throwing Jitters under the bus early to look good which has happened in games before with Jitters not always the most active.
Theres also the possibuility that he jumped on jitters assuming it wouldnt take off right away

But pCaito also made a point of saying it doesn't clear pVal. I thought of this more as pCaito hinting that he specifically knew that pVal was jailed last night, which was why cCWE did not act. Which also gives us a clue as to who pCaito might be.

I'm the one that argued we should yeet PG to remove a kill, and originally started that vote train =p I only hopped off so that we wouldn't yeet PG into oblivion before we had the chance to get people to give their thoughts on Val and Pups -- because one of them is absolutely scum, and it is important to have people make a stand on which one they are wanting to yeet tomorrow.

So, on Night 1 22 people had voted, but 24 people were listed as voting. I assume this was to block a non-voting kill on N1.
On N2, there were six people who did not vote. One of them died which would have made it five targets.
In the writeup for the kill, it referenced six people being in a row. (the 6 non voters). However, it should have only been 5 with PG dying. However, as 3puppies stated, PG was likely resurrected before the night fully began.
Iron Collar, when we have already seen a town BPV, along with the writeup, especially with how the iron collar was done (it was a hidden iron collar and didn't show a no yeet immediately until next day) make me lean he is totally the BN character.

Well, looks like my shopping trip tomorrow is about to be even more hectic than planned since some key dishes I pre-ordered didn't arrive this evening's delivery. Thankfully they provided a refund and I understand this time of year is ridiculously busy but hopefully I can find replacements in time.

I'm fine with either one, but I'm leaning Val because of Puppy's Jitters vote.
The issue is that every night cBN remains in the game, that's an additional death. If we go for Val today - even if he is the scum - the red team will be one less, but still able to kill. And cBN will also likely be able to kill. Granted it does seem like it's a non-vote kill - so as long as everyone has a vote in place they should be safe... but really, that's going to be like trying to wrangle feral cats on catnip.
Speaking of which - just in case for some reason PG isn't the yeet today
