I'm totally in for this but when I click the link it just tells me to download the app, which I've got already.
In terms of draft time, I'm personally flexible so long as it's not during the standard American work day. So I'm fine with whatever and you might not get a lot of feedback from people in this free league so I would say just pick a time that works best for USA/Europe time zones.
We also need to get the roster settled, meaning there are some people who are looking to join, so we should add them. I'm not sure if we have any dead weight from last year i.e. people who want or need to be removed.
And lastly, regarding keepers and draft order, I think we just need to know when the draft order will be set (certainly after the roster is locked). I have Derrick Henry for example, and if I have pick #1 then I won't keep him but if I have pick #12 then I would. If we are just going to let the draft order randomly generate at the time of the draft, that's okay too.
Lastly lastly, given you aren't on the forums anymore, I would suggest you promote someone who is on the forums to co-commissioner to handle this kind of stuff with you. I believe ESPN has the ability for multiple commissioners IIRC.
I can really make any time work for the draft.
The draft order point Fro makes is a good one. I have Jonathan Taylor, so I'm keeping him regardless of my draft position.

I feel like it's better for the league if the keeper decision is made before the order is announced. That randomness should be factored in. But I'm easy really.

If I've made a mistake there then let me know - it's early in the morning, I'm on my phone and trying to match up forum names with ESPN names. That leaves kdestiny, Gary J and BBF so I'll message them on WhatsApp today to confirm if they're in. If one drops out then BigAl is next in line.
For draft day I'm pretty easy but is there any appetite for doing it the day before the season (the Wednesday). If its midweek then we're probably looking at 6pm EST. Can do the weekend before if that's easier.
Let's try to make a decision on how we're dealing with keepers in the next couple of days if possible. I'd be keen either way to sort out draft order ahead of the draft (I always like knowing ahead of time.

If you want to decide the draft order in advance, I would recommend just letting people do whatever they do with keepers (meaning they can choose their keepers after they know the draft order). Otherwise you’ll have to somehow make people choose them in advance, and stop them from switching them. It’s an administrative task that you probably don’t want to give yourself.
If you want the randomness factored into the keeper decision, then just let the draft order randomly generate at the time of the draft.
This is just my 2 cents.

Week days do not work for me at all. We have always done this on a weekend since it's inception. I'm hoping we can do that.
