Write-up incoming
Although the fighting was fast and furious, the group came together to save their poisoned participant. Caito was saved.
The ruckus around Caito caused the weather machine controller to be kicked around. Most didn't notice, due to the fog of battle.
However, as the group cleared from around Caito, one combatant did notice something strike his foot. He picked up the discarded and sparking control. This would be fun.
It is now Night 2. You have 24 hours to send me your roles.

Night 2.
With the battle raging on, the poor citizens of the Tri-State City of Townsville City, were screaming in terror and running for their lives.
“I am the Terror the Flaps in the Night. I am the untied shoelace that trips Crime right before the finish lace…..I am DARKWING DUCK!”. Darkwing landed near Bert in his trademark puff, the smoke surrounding them dense.
Meanwhile, Handy saw Mikey creeping around the field. “Hey you, Mikey Jones..how does that name even make sense? Bridget Jones I could see. Or Davey Jones. Or something like Jones451….READ A BOOK!” Handy’s belittlement of Mikey left him crying in the fetal position throughout the night.
Courage shivered behind Psych, his pleas and points inspiring Psych. Despite his fear, Courage knew how to inspire while quaking.
The Tick once again planted himself, like pillars of Solomon’s temple, in front of Psycho. “Fear not Psych, for no harm shall come unto you under the watchful eye of the Tick”.
Phineas and Ferb knew they needed to clear up the confusion. They quickly scanned Duke, and built a robot in his image. As Duke saw the Dukebot, he asked “Aren’t you kids a little young to be building robotic replicas of highly trained soldiers?” Phineas replied “Yes…..yes, we are” and sent the DukeBot to check on Badger. After scanning Badger and transmitting results, the DukeBot was destroyed by a runaway emu.
Jimmy knew that he needed to piece together what had happened the night before. He pulled out his time viewer 3000. “Ok, let’s see if Psycho was out and about last night”
The vigilant Samurai stood over the battlefield. Still as stone, Grim as death. Jack’s gaze fell on Bert. Surely no detail would escape his notice.
Kim was once again on the move. A battlefield of obstacles provided only a small challenge for High School’s greatest spy. It would be impossible for any to evade her, particularly kdestiny.
Mojo Jojo was still angry. “Ah Badger. You need to improve, so that you may be better. You are poor-spoken and lack the gift of eloquence, which causes you to speak poorly. With a blast from my ray, you shall gain the eloquence and enunciation of Mojo Jojo, which will then provide you with the speaking patterns of Mojo Jojo so that you may, henceforth, communicate as I do. Which is concise, to the point, and does not allow for rambling on. At any point. Ever. Or longer than that”.
A shadowy figure held the controller. He smiled as he looked across the field at Badger. He shot a bolt of lightning at Badger. The bolt barely missed surrounding combatants before zapping Badger square in the chest, knocking him through a wall. Badger was alive, but barely functional.
As soon as the bolt was sent to Badger, the control sent a severe shock to its user. Knocking it free of his control, and back in the air.
With 17 players active, hammer is at 9.

I read the zap as Badger surviving because he might have had a 1x bulletproof but could have been a block.
I was more worried about Mojo trying to improve Badger.
Yes, that was actually my point. It's a little weird to draw attention to myself but it seems off to me that Pablo immediately went to Badger being "blocked" when I thought the write up seemed clear on what happened to me.

I didn't read what happened to you as a block, I saw it as a doctor like role.
For you to willingly come out and say it was a block though and slowing this badger lynch is very town vibes.

I still think it's badger mind you. I don't think it makes sense for scum to RB their killer so Mikey being blocked at least doesn't suggest that to me.
If you're coming out right with the info it was a block on you, even when badger was on his way to being lynched, that also doesn't feel like a scum.
So badger would only not be scum if we believe scum didn't try to kill last night.
Badger is drawing a gimmick out of the box of gimmicks again. Seems like half the time Badger does this it's made up by him when he's scum and trying to deflect.
DD could be a JOAT. i also think the controller may have various actions that can be used by whoever gains the power of it, and they get to choose.
i think cosmo's action on hero on night 1 was a block. so i imagine one of either him or DD are a JOAT.

i feel that bert was blocked and watched. so if he targeted anybody, jack has that info, and im thinking will probably sit on it until we get more info on roles, unless it was a target on psycho, which would probably be worth letting slip.

badger being copped and no real objection yet to his lynch reads well. jarrod's assessment of the lightning zap on badger being an unsuccessful kill is a slant, but the 'barely functional' add on is what makes me think it was a block instead. i feel like if it was badger being bulletproof, it'd be more conclusive that he cheated death.

Just found it funny that nothing seemed to happen to Hero! after dealing with Mojo N1 and now Badger has been targeted and he is posting as he is.
Wouldn't be the first time Badger's been targeted and has feigned a non existant circumstance as a result.
If that is what he's saying then my vote is definitely staying put.
hero was affected after being targeted by mojo. this was his only post during day 2, and it's a snippet of lyrics from a slipknot song.

jarrod is a fairly perceptive player, so the fact his mind went to bulletproof kill and self-target gimmick for badger, and missing/not confirming hero as unaffected by the mojo target, seems oddly impulsive for him.

Honestly, if Mojo just fucks with you then that's like a Scum on Scum roleblock. Plus, Badger loves the gimmicks. I wouldn't be surprised to see this as Scum on Scum, Mojo on Badger.
Scum is targeting itself to deflect heat off of Badger maybe? IThe guy has a unique ability to escape consequences and hiding out in plain sight.
I'm at work and multi tasking so my attention isn't 100% right now which is why it might seem this way.

I think both happened. The Dukebot definitely seemed like a cop. But the weather attack seems like a roleblock.

It's also worth noting that when I first popped in, Badger was viewing the thread. It took him quite a while to make his first post. Sounds like scum Badger trying to figure out how he's going to spin the night phase.
Having only seen him play one game I wasn't sure if he was quoting something for the fuck of it or not. He only posted once as well so there was no repetitivness to notice it was a gimmick, at least from my view point.
Either a roleblock or something that makes it impossible for players to target Bert. The description was vague enough that it's hard to say for sure.
I also considered that he could have been a bulletproof that was targeted by a kill from whomever had the Weather Machine. But I'm not too sure how much I buy into that. Could be a bit much to have a kill that could literally fall into anyone's hands.
The push on Randolph seemed opportunistic. I can almost see Badger in Scum chat saying he's going to push Randolph.
The Caito Deep Dish Pizza comment, Badger stays active but doesn't talk game.
The Mojo on Badger action after people mentioned Badger the phase before could lead to Badger encouraging himself to be Mojo's target.
A wild card kill is crazy but at this point craziness is the name of the game here in Rajah Mafia.

the write-up literally says hero would 'capture the public's interest with his new gimmick.' and then the only time he posts it's a very not normal post, in a different color, formatted differently.

I only had 1 post just because of real life. I’m on vacation this week and logging in to check in between doing stuff with the fam.
Not reaching for excuses. He had posted in grey before in He-Man and so didn't think much of it. The format and tone was different but honestly I didn't dwell much thought on it.

This. We already have the Human Ton and Handy doing ON/EN scum Roleblocks, but Mojo targetting a player seems to only involve that player gimmick posting, and nobody does that better than Badger. Actually took me two readthroughs to realise that the lightning bolt was from someone else (maybe Mojo, but statistically unlikely) but I'm unsure from the writeup whether the effect was meant as a kill, and Badger is bulletproof, or it was a block.

yeah, i can see the confusion, since mojo 'zapped' badger for his action, and then the controller action was right after it and used lightning, and the fact that whoever has possession and use of the controller isnt named named kinda of had a bleed-through effect on how things read.

I've slowed my thoughts on the train just because you were RB'd Bert.
I'm going to give time to make sure everyone has had the chance to read the thread and any results they got first.
Once again though Bert is reading town and Badger is likely the scum who was blocked but might as well wait to see if the cop has anything to say about it.
Other N2 thoughts:
Darkwing Duck and the smoke - block or protection? Smells like a JOAT.
Psych seems clean, it appears that Megatrons attempt was legit.
Phineas and Ferb are one character - sounds like a motivator, except Duke didn't act?
Not sure what Jimmy's doing there - like a tracker for the previous night?
If Jack is a watcher, he should know who Darkwing Duck is.

duke looks to be ON cop. phineas and ferb seem like they may have the ability to duplicate other town actions, given they scanned duke and made a bot out of him, which seemingly did a cop action(which the real duke looks to have performed on me on night 1) on badger.

If true and Badger was copped you'd think someone would say to change directions here. Unless I missed it, I haven't seen that yet.

Gut's telling me Morrison is town again here. He can fake activity as scum, but his wordiness shows an investment that actually cares about town's benefit. I also think if Badger is scum, he doesn't start following the info and then go into hesitation mode. If he's scum trying to delay the inevitable on Badge, he almost certainly comes into the phase doing that rather than having the change of heart so quickly

Has everyone checked in yet?
I also want to make sure everyone has discussed every thing they want to discuss, and even of you're not voting, I think everyone should give a firm decision on whether you are for/against the Badger lynch and whether you have any other suspicions.
Badger dies today, but I want to make sure all necessary discussion takes place and everyone has checked in. We don't need scum floating by on silence.

three who havent chimed in are also the three lowest in post count in the thread. kd is usually a bit more active. traxx was middle of the pack active the last game, and was scum, being very active in the QT thread. this is mikey's first game back in a bit, so im not surprised he hasnt been super engaged yet.
I feel like Mikey usually does the thing where he's quiet and low key early on and then usually drops some golden nuggets of wisdom by like d3/d5
