I just got home from a family trip. I was shocked to find myself next to none other than Tony Khan.
Apparently his flight had been delayed, and he had to catch the next one. So he was sitting back with us commoners. lol.
He was super amiable, and pleasant. We had a great conversation. He offered me a pass the next time AEW came through Kansas City. Although, when he got up to use the restroom, my wife did comment on how skinny he was. She thought it was funny that a guy that involved in wrestling was so tiny.
As nice as things were, everything changed THE MOMENT our plane started its initial descent for landing. And I responded in kind. I was very terse with him. Of course, my wife was mortified. As we were exiting the plane, she asked me why I had suddenly become so "rude".
I told her exactly why.
Because as soon as that fucking plane started dropping altitude
