But for real, excellent game here, Mazer. I thought the Focus Group mechanic was a great way to curb spreadsheeting and make the game less impossible for scum. And really awesome flavor. AND the game ended on the perfect day. Couldn't have gone better.

I was close with thinking Caito was rebooted neutral.
I could have continued using it. But I would only be able to keep the last power I took. So once I took the first I didn't want to take anymore because all it would have done would be to take away town power roles from people without giving myself really any benefit for the town.
Also @Randolph, I don't want you to think that I don't like you. I just really thought your play was so different from how you normally play and you got so defensive after I put that initial suspicion on you that when someone had said you were scum I had to believe them.
It's not because I don't like you or anything like that, just had my conviction that your play was different than normal.
And @Randolph I appreciate you trying to save me even after I told people not to waste their roles on me because I was vanilla. They vanillaized you though so there was nothing you could do. You played a great game, some things are just out of your control.
I'm still #TeamLynchInactives. If you're not going to make an effort to participate, don't join the game. Either we could start out with less players instead or that role could go to someone who actually will participate. And I'm aware people have jobs and lives I just don't think a post or two every day phase is asking very much. I loved Mazers mechanic for people not voting also. Unsure how I feel about the majority lynch vs needing a hammer.

I mentioned in the dead chat but when I was as arguing to lynch caito I didn't believe it. I figured it was me that needed gone. I had the right argument but for the wrong reasons.
Lynch inactives is a great town strategy.
Its actually how I got my blood thirsty reputation.
I'd like to see the alternate reality version of this game where Jordo gets lynched or killed early and there's no focus group to hide actions. Town probably wins a lot quicker, I bet. Smart play by scum to keep you alive.
I was gonna go one of two ways at the end. He voted for me right away so I had to go all in on him.... but if he had hesitated. If I thought there was the slightest of chances..... i was gonna try to turn Jordo heel. See if I could’ve gotten him to go with me against BBF and TraXX.

I fully support the games moving forward with the majority mechanic instead of requiring a hammer. It makes the votes more exciting.

But yeah it was good. Frustrating at the time for us town playing but sitting back and now that the game is over we can sit back and appreciate the genius behind it. Made it close.
