He has more charisma, for sure, but his gimmick of being a ladies man, while at the same time they make no secret of the fact that he's married - they put his wife on RAW as a ringside photographer - just doesn't work. Plus, his schtick of tearing off the trousers just makes him look foolish.
In the ring, Andrade is the better talent. His offense is sharp and smooth, he looks legit when pulling off the strength moves, and his selling is really good. Angel comes off more as a spot monkey who can't punch his way out of a paper bag.
