Hawk was so incredibly smashed at that event that they had to call the match early if I remember correctly. Could barely drive the bike down to the ring...
RIP to my favourite tag team of all time. Hawk's death, though early, could be foreseen given his past substance issues. Animal is a bit less expected, despite being older. These guys lived hard though, all of them. Ric Flair amazes me... just keeps going.

I'm great. Have two kids, a dog, house in the suburbs. Even bought a pick up truck. Intermittently work a ton but am also moderately successful, I suppose. No real complaints. I hope you are well too my friend.
I haven't watched in years now so I don't have much to add on the wrestling front. Even my UFC viewing has dropped off considerably for various reasons. Still watch lots of bad sci-fi and horror though. Those are staples.
I have medical problems which I won’t bore you with but doing okay generally. Glad to see you’re doing well.
Mazer and I still run the debates every year so if you still watch wrestling and are around, we can give you a shout. Our final we had once was terrific. Hope you stick around even if intermittently, could use some old school around here.
Well my wrestling knowledge of the past few years is light but I can definitely still argue... haha. I'll try to keep poking in and see if I catch the right time of year.

Ach I’ll be up front, it’s testicular cancer. Caught early though and hopeful chances of recovery. High survival rate so though a a shock, I’m not letting it get me too down. Still going to kick arse.

I watch the odd clip of current day WWE from time to time and still read the threads here, but my wrestling knowledge runs out sometime around 2012 so I wouldn’t be much help in a debate.
I was watching the big 10 man tag from Canadian Stampede the other week, so it’s sad to see the news about Animal after seeing him in that match.
