That video is something I uploaded for a guy on Twitter who was searching for that scene for some amount of time. I just so happened to have the movie. There’s no comments on it, because I uploaded it unlisted so that YouTube wouldn’t flag it for copyrighted content. “Hatchet Man” was in the video title, before I changed it.
I just thought the scene would be obscure enough that nobody would get it easily.

Yeah it’s the Ghastly Grinner. More cheesy than scary but love that episode.
That show had some legit scary moments. Can't recall names of episodes, but that girl ghost one, and the ghost with the red bike come to mind.

When I was younger I probably enjoyed the band but as I got older it was apparent the drummer only knows one beat and it's just basically a jam band with Angus tearing it up on the guitar lol.
