That is what I get for trying to do math at 400am.
Here’s how it’s worked out:
Imagine they sat down in age order, with each person randomly picking a seat. The first person is guaranteed to pick a seat that "works". The second oldest can sit to his right or left, since these five can sit either clockwise or counterclockwise. The probability of picking a seat that works is thus 2/4, or 1/2. The third oldest now has three chairs to choose from, one of which continues the progression in the order determined by the second person, for a probability of 1/3. Actually, it is a car. The clue was referencing the fact that car's legs don't get tired. Not because they have legs, but by virtue of them not actually having legs.

Donald where’s your troosers?
Poor Donald had his troosers stolen by a cruel prankster while he was showering after a hard workout with Braun Strowman and they were flown to an island and buried because he was cruel, rich and had nothing better to do. The prankster left behind a map of the island though where the buried troosers are along directions on how to get there.
Donald gets to the island and looks over the map which states:
"On the island there are only two trees, A and B, and the remains of a gallows. Start at the gallows and count the steps required to walk in a straight line to tree A. At the tree turn 90 degrees to the left and then walk forward the same number of steps. At the point where you top drive a spike into the ground. The dead body of Pablo was found at the bottom of the cliff. He was clothed in heavy hiking boots, mitts, several light jackets, and thick Woolen trousers. MTH was found similarly clothed at the top of the cliff with a noticeable head wound. Donald recounted that he returned to Camp early to make dinner for The Hunting Party when he saw Pablo and MTH arguing. They had been dating for several years and frequently held heated discussions. I didn't want to intrude so I hid behind a tree. Suddenly Pablo picked up a rock and delivered a fatal blow to MTH's head. Just then Pablo saw me. He was so startled he turned and ran. He obviously forgot about the cliff and fell to his death. When the lab checked the rock that supposedly killed MTH it found Pablo's fingerprints on it. Badger immediately ordered the arrest of Donald. Why?
The answer to this one is that a simple experiment with a ruler and paper shows that any position for the gallows leads to the same point.

I want to say no because Germany is east of France. But I think it's a trick question and there's some part of France where the border with Germany would send you west.

Pablo adjusted his sunglasses as he sped down the winding Mountain Road into town. Being very nearsighted, he required corrective lenses. Arriving at the optician's, he tried on his new lenses, and since he could now see perfectly, decided to wear them home. On his way back, Pablo saw his brother, Donald. He stopped and a violent argument ensued. Donald picked up a rock and smashed it on Pablo's forehead, killing him. Donald then put the dead body into the car. Seeing Pablo's sunglasses on the passenger seat He Slipped them on Pablo and then push the car off the road down in a Steep Ravine. When Badger examine the body he declared that it was no accident but a heinous murder. Why was Badger convinced that Pablo was murdered?
Donald's fingerprints on the sunglasses? Never mind he smashed his head in with a rock which would a be wound that might be inconsistent with driving off a cliff.
If his forehead was smashed in then the glasses would have assumedly broken.
