WWE moments that made you cry good or bad

I've shed many a tear when it comes to wrestling good and bad. Many deaths but also tears of joy. Either way, which moments have made you cry good and bad? Here are just a few of mine in no particular order. I have many more but don't want to steal them all:

    Eddie's first World title win
Macho and Liz reuniting at Wrestlemania 7
    Benoit's first World title win
Benoit dying (plus his family, edit I really need to put in)
    Owen dying
    Eddie dying
Bryan winning the World title at Mania
    Savage dying
    Warrior dying
Kofi winning his first World title
Gorilla and Heenan dying (combined them together as a tribute)

I cried when Bobby Heenan made his HOF speech. The part where he wished Gorilla was there.

    Edge's retirement speech.

    Savage/Liz reunion at WM VII.

    Bret/Shawn burying the hatchet.

Wrestling deaths get me most of the time.

There are way more but can't recall. I am sort of a blubberer the older I get. Nothing to do with wrestling but just last night my wife was holding my son and she was listening to lullabyes and "Over The Rainbow" came on and about 30 seconds in I just start weeping. I'm not even a big fan of the song but it got me.

Yeah I cry more now too when I'm older. I was stonefaced when my Dad died over10 years ago but wasn't much of a cryer plus my grandparents after that. I have blubbered since then especially whenever I hear classical music which my Dad loved.

    Congrats again on Maverick!

Back to wrestling with a couple more examples

Warrior's last speech and subsequent death really hit me
In a more positive way, Shawn's 2002 comeback

Not sure how people can be so affected by the death of a "wrestler'" like Owen Hart. Seriously, get a life. The Hart family is the bottom of the barrel. They are the most overrated wrestling family by a mile.

Owen was decent I guess but the rest of the Hart's are complete trash.

"Hey everyone, look at me. Look at me. I can do a clothesline and fall on the mat at the same time as the guy selling my trash/doing all the work. I am the "excellence of excecution". The best there is, best in history etc.

What a total joke of a family. I glad that stu and owen are dead. Hopefully Teddy and especially Bret also die soon and SLOW.

I bet you've really got a shrine full of Bret shades and are decked out in the pink and black every time you're out on the town with Miotch.

Sorry it was just so telegraphed. If they didn't make it so obvious then I might have felt something more.

Mene Gene's death was one of the more recent sad times not already mentioned.

But as for the happier moments that brought on the waterworks for me -

When George (Mr. Miz) told the Miz that he loves him and is proud of him I got teary, in a healthy, manly way.

I held it together through the happy tears when Kofi won, just up until he brought his son into the ring to hold up the title. Then I lost it.

Daniel Bryan's return - the medical clearance - was so much joy for a guy I legit felt deserved good news.

I cried in sadness when Roman Reigns announced he was taking time off to battle leukemia, and cried with joy when he returned.

So yeah, I guess I belong in blubberers anonymous.

I tend to get emotional when I see other people get emotional. So when I see wrestlers or fans crying over something, that tends to get me at least choked up. The human connection stuff is what gets me, a lot of the wrestler/fan interaction, particularly with kids and the Make-A-Wish stuff.

Most recent stuff that's done it was when Kofi won the title, not the actual win itself but when Woods got in there and was crying and when the New Day talked about it post-match and were tearing up and shit got real.
Also, a recent video of Triple H meeting with a Make-A-Wish girl who was just geeking out and so happy about it and him and Steph were real sweet to her, 'twas lovely.
And Reigns' stuff, obvz, seeing people in the crowd crying, showing their love/support, all that stuff warms the heart.

Bobby Heenan's Hall of Fame speech gets me. "The only thing that could make this better? I wish Monsoon was here."

Roman Reigns announcing he had leukemia. My father died of cancer three years ago, so it hit me really hard.

And oddly, on The Jim Cornette Experience, when Corny did the tribute episode about Gordon Solie. I don't think I've ever seen or heard "prime" Gordon Solie. I have zero attachment to him as an announcer or as a play-by-play man, but hearing somebody like Jim Cornette, who spews vitriol and angry epithets like a machine gun shooting curse words, actually cry, actually tear up on the air; man, I couldn't fucking help myself. I lost it. Absolutely lost it.

The Reigns stuff that got me choked up was Seth's reaction when he and Ambrose came out to the stage. Genuine emotion.

A lot of stuff, and I feel like it happens more and more the older I get. Big ones that comes to mind is the Eddie tribute show and Connor the Crusher video.

I'll share a story from back in the day when my friend Mike cried. He was a HUGE Sid fan. He even kind of looked like a mini-Sid. We were watching an ECW ppv and Sid debuts. He had been on off t.v. for awhile. My boy jumps off the couch and starts screaming FUCK YES and he just breaks down in tears of joy as his boy Sid is on ECW ppv fucking shit up.

    Side bar: Sid in ECW=amazing.
