I heard that the triple threat might actually take place at the Saudi Arabia event in November. Apparently the paydays for those shows are bigger than WrestleMania. I'm sure that played a huge part in Brock returning. It also sounds like Shawn Michaels is coming out of retirement for the same show. I'm guessing it'll be a tag match with him and Triple H wrestling Undertaker and Kane.

In no particular order, Ambrose/McIntyre, Rollins/Ziggler, and Lio Rush were the best parts of Raw. The rest felt like a drag.

Seems like managers are becoming more commonplace, and he appears to be the manager of Lashley for the time being.

Interrupted Elias, did commentary during the Lashley/Elias match, KO came out to attach Rush. Rush was able to evade both KO and Elias, got some offense in, and Lashley used Rush as a projectile to take down both heels.

Ok, so I just watched the footage of Rush's debut and the stuff with him, Lashley, Elias, & Owens. Fucking awesome. Loved it. Rush is smooth on the mic and might be exactly the missing piece Lashley needs and him flipping and dodging the attacks was killer, and the big man/little match dynamic of the pairing works great. Loved it. Easily one fo the most interesting things going right now, for me.

Well, Balor had to take a back seat to the 990th Undertaker v. Triple H match. I kid. I really have no clue what the fuck the WWE are trying to pull off with Balor. He's not in my top 10 but he's someone who COULD be and that's sad.

I mean she's great doing shit like Talking Smack and the pre-show but I don't think it's even close to being the same animal. I'll say this, it would probably be better if Cole wasn't there as you could get the back and forth banter with Renee and Corey to come across better. But that would also require Renee to essentially be play by play and she's not ready for that. Cole isn't exactly a play by play as much as he is a human advertising element to the booth but he does his best.

I've just never really enjoyed 3-man booths as much as 2-man. There are exceptions, like the old Raw's with JR, King, and Vince or Vince, JR, and Mr. Perfect. Vince, Piper, and Heenan. Even WCW, Heenan, Dusty Rhodes, Tony, that kind of shit. But it's still not better than the 2-man teams. Vince and Ventura, Heenan and Monsoon, JR and King, fuck even Cole shined when it was just him and Tazz.

I mean, they talked about how it was a "much-needed" victory for Bálor when he beat Elias...and then he's a ghost. There's two PPVs (one already happened) in a short amount of time and it's setting up to where he's on neither of them. That just doesn't jive at all for the guy they slotted as their first Universal champion.

What you said about what she's done versus what she's doing is exactly the issue. It sounds like she has bullet points or is completely off the cuff when she's doing interviews or did Talking Smack. It feels like she's got next to nothing in terms of wiggle room for what she adds for commentary. So it's either scripted or she feels like she's got next to no time to get a point across so she just says something and it floats off into nothingness because it lacks substance.

It's clearly an issue related to Raw, specifically your comment about Cole. Anything (literally anything) he does for pbp that is NOT Raw has him looking, at worst, average at his job.

I think the Ascension has done well considering where they seem to be placed. I was more surprised that Viktor had a match than a good match though.
