Ended up heading to another continent to do a bit of travel while I studied. Modest Mouse have always been a favourite of mine, and this song is most in tune with my story.

First Dance at wedding: Bloom - The Paper Kites Brilliant song. Not much to really put here as I'm not married. I believe it would be a lock as my choice.

Funeral - At my biological father's wake, they played a song that he wrote and recorded. It was a really beautiful song that drove just about everyone to tears, including me, who at that point was apathetic about the whole thing and was only there to accompany my sister, who was hit pretty hard by his death. That said, I've been thinking that maybe one day I should do a song that they can play for me, except mine would be something that would make everyone dance and be happy, as I would want my funeral to be more of a celebration of my life and a festive occasion than a sad one.
