Anybody still watching this? Season 8 starts in a couple weeks. My wife and I decided to re-watch season 7 and then somehow convinced ourselves to start from the beginning and watch every episode again.

I forgot how much I didn't care for most of season 4. Fiona's issues just got to me. Hard to watch, and we ended up skipping most of it. We're about to start season 5 tonight, which was a good one. But at the end of season 4 when Jeffrey Dean Morgan shows up, man, what a tease. I can't blame him for taking TWD instead, but his arc on Shameless could have made the following seasons so much better.

Lip and Kevin make the show for me.

I love this show. Got to about season 4 or 5 I think

shortly after Fiona went to prison

and had a few too many real life distractions so it dropped off my radar a bit. If I could determine where exactly it was where I left off I would be interested in getting back into this.

This is another one of those series like The Office that spawned from UK original versions and surpassed it. I would suggest this to anyone who's into the black comedy genre.

I'll spoiler tag this but this is roughly where you left off, Mark. Seasons 6 and 7 came back strong.

It was season 4. She goes to jail around episode 5 or 6.

I remember when I had Showtime this first came out and I was literally just watching to see Emmy Rossum naked. Then my free subscription ended like halfway through the first season. My gf just recently got into it so we binged watched the fuck out of it this summer. Probably going to have to get Showtime solely for this show lol. It's great.

I like how you can tell when Ian starts doing the Jerome stuff on Gotham. He starts going crazy and it's hard to watch Shameless around that time and not think of Gotham.

You need some Game of Thrones in your life. I was a cranky mess when I first discovered it because watching the next episode was more important than sleep until I was caught up.

Hahaha I've heard people at work say how they're short tempered because they watched like six episodes of GOT the night before and didn't go to bed until 2 AM.
