19 is better than 18 now that they've updated it. I'll have to turn injuries back on and test that but fumbles are way down. And it's actually possible to user corners again. That's my favorite position to play is opposite the offense's #1 wr.

Sound like it wasn't the case for PG but it tends to be the teams who were big in the mid to late 80s who have big supports in the UK as that was when the sport was first really pushed over here. Lots of Dolphins, 49ers and Bears fans.

Thing is playing a few games, I realise in terms of the sport itself, I could easily see myself getting into it , BUT as I think I have mentioned before, The stop start nature of it has meant any time I have attempted to watch a live game I have never been able to enjoy it

Eventually you will realize that the stop start aspect of it is vital to the game. Loads of people say that when getting into the game but clock management is a massive part of how the sport works.

You could always just watch Redzone which will eliminate all that anyway.

Yeah, I have watched the NFL show on BBC a few times and enjoyed the highlights. I definitely want to broaden my sporting horizons though, It's only really football and darts I watch with any regular frequency

It's a good sport to watch on DVR/Sky+ where you can just skip forward through the breaks. If you were to ever get the NFL Gamepass then the on demand version of each game which goes up a couple of hours after the last play has all the ad breaks removed so games last about two hours and flow so much better than they do live.

I haven't even played a full quarter yet since I downloaded the game. I don't have any time for practicing but am ready to begin the season whenever you guys decide to start.

I think we need at least six people to make the league feasible. I'd say once the real NFL starts next week a few will get the bug.

Any interest in running a season yet?

I have hardly played and I would love an excuse to play on a schedule, even if there are only a few of us...

I gotta be honest, I'm not really feeling a Madden itch at the moment.
