The Rules
- Each team consists of 4 players which will be chosen in the normal snake draft method. For each Matchweek each manager select 3 of his players to start with one reserve. Autosubs will be in force.
- There will be 8 groups of 4 teams. Each group will consist of 2 RFF teams and the remaining places will be made of the 16 teams ranked lowest in the FIFA world rankings. This is done to try and ensure as many RFF teams get into the knockout stages as possible.
- The order of the draft will be decided by a random draw, that I will do my best to record and stick in this thread.
- Any player is available for selection as long as they are in the squads for the World Cup. This could lead to an example of Rooney and Rooney playing each other but thems the breaks.
- There will be 3 match weeks in the group stages where each team will play each other once. 3 points will be awarded for a win, 1 for a draw and 0 for a loss. Once all games are played the two teams with the most points will progress into the knockout stages. If teams are equal on points the process of who goes though is based in this order: Goals Scored, Goal Difference, Quickest Goal.
- Each knockout stage will be considered a matchweek totaling 7 matchweeks.
- In the knockout stages two clubs will face each other in the ways detailed below. Once the quarter final stage is reached a supplemental draft will be implemented in order for teams to be replenished with players that are in the actual World Cup quarter finals.
- In lieu of a penalty shoot out, in the eventuality of a drawn knockout game the 'late goal rule' will be implement. This means whoever scored a goal in the latest minute of their game goes through. If this by some chance is equal then the 'sausage sandwich game' will come into effect to determine a winner.

Neymar is the only major goal threat in terms of stats but with the free flowing football Brazil will be looking to play this summer you could see their goals being spread around between Neymar, Hulk and Oscar as well as a couple of others getting a goal too.
For RFF, I wouldn't say Brazil was a hotbed of goals but Neymar could be a fantastic pick if he turns it on.

Beckeles (RB)

Chavez, Osman (CB)

Bernardez (CB)
Izaguirre (LB)

Ranked 34th in the world, you can't imagine Honduras doing much damage this summer, especially against France or Switzerland. They might have a real crack at Ecuador though but they are never going to be front runners.
Costly might be a half decent pick up late in the draft.
