Working reporters is 100% something you do in any job where you deal with the press. I'm super nice to reporters I shit on behind their backs. It's just how it goes.
If I were in wrestling I'd definitely be calling Big Dave up to give him some scoops so he would put me over in the Observer.

And (as a sports reporter), I totally get this, too. Players are always nice to me before we go on camera. I don't assume they want to be my friend.

I've kind of given up on the Studcast with Ron Fuller. Though I'd still recommend the first half dozen or so episodes to anyone with a hankering for knowledge of how the pro wrestling world started.
But God I am all in on Kentucky Fried Rasslin now. Just a really well put together little show.
Just caught the David Shultz interview on the Cornette Experince today and it was great. I have to listen to the one with him on Austin soon.
Russo is off podcast one. Long story short he's a stupid dickhead and they got tired of it and his Teen Mom loving ass.
I know it's taken for granted a lot these days but anyone who became a lapsed fan of Something to Wrestle needs to tune back in for the recent HBK episodes. Some of the best and most interesting shit they've done in a while.
Skip the draft episode though. For whatever reason Bruce was in full "cover everyone's ass" mode that day and Conrad couldn't pry a decent story out of him.

I thought the draft episode was hilarious. I recommend it fully.

Depends on one's feeling on Butthurt Bruce. Myself I really enjoy him getting pissy and the way Conrad needles him. Especially about Triple H. I can't wait for them to do a Triple H 2002-2005 episode. Might have to be 16 hours long.

There are definitely times where I go, that didn't need to be defended and it sure as fuck didn't need defended that hard. It's a lot of "Is this the hill you want to die on, Bruce?" But either way, it's still by far, the best wrestling podcast on the planet.

I'm sure at some point STWW will become the enemy, because like most things, the more mainstream you get the less "cool" you feel.
But as for me, it's still my number 1 podcast by a mile.
