Fro has the top scoring team here but he is on the edge of making the playoffs. These last two weeks are going to be interesting.
EDIT: Also I find the "projections" and "betting line" a total joke every week.

I'm ashamed of my performance this week. No one to blame but myself. I need to coach better and my players need to execute better, simple as that. Given my season point total I probably only need 1 more win to clinch a playoff birth. I still like my squad but I basically live and die by the Patriots so their offense sputtering due to injury is directly leading to my fantasy team sputtering (even though all of my Patriots players have remained healthy). If Amendola is out I might even consider starting Romo over Brady this week.

In the scenarios below I've ignored teams being outpointed by 50+ points
Key match-ups:
Fro VS Torn. If Torn wins or it's a tie he's in and Fro's out. If Fro wins then he will be in (barring ridiculous outpointing). If Fro wins Torn can also get in if Myles loses AND Torn outpoints him by at least 11.7 points OR if kneeneighbor also loses.
Myles VS Chris Scott. If Myles wins or it's a tie, he's in and Fro's out. If Chris Scott wins Myles will be in unless Kneeneighbor wins AND Fro wins AND Torn outpoints him by at least 11.7 points. For Chris Scott to get in he needs Torn to win AND Kneeneighbor to lose while not scoring at least 30.4 points more than him.
Kneeneighbor VS Mikey_Jones. If Kneeneighbor wins or it's a tie, he's in. If he loses he needs Fro not to win AND Chris Scott not to win OR have Knee score at least 30.4 points more than him
It's tight in the middle and there are 5 teams whose playoff hopes are undecided as yet.

Sucks the scoring champ of the league misses the playoffs due to bad luck with the matchups. That's like the AFC not going through New England, it just doesn't feel right and the championship is arguably tainted now. Not even you had a season with this bad of luck Torn. But I fell off in the last 6 weeks, started putting up some bad scores so that's on me.
Funny thing is in my only other cash league I'm also the scoring champ and also had to win this week to make the playoffs in the same format (6 of 12 make it) but I won there to clinch my spot. Lady luck didn't like me this year which is a shame because I had one of my best years in terms of GMing.

So you're saying picking an essentially random week (when you happened to be head to head) and using the outcome of that one week to decide the tie breaker is better then who scored more points on the season? I can't agree. This isn't an actual sport where who wins head-to-head actually means something. Your team has no effect on your opponent. They're not even in the same building at the time of the match, so to speak.

Based on what you're saying though, why bother doings wins and losses at all? Just rank the teams at the end of the season in points accumulated.
