Just reverse the roles and make it a game where everybody is a bad guy except one or two dudes who are moles within a crime syndicate. Instead of killing the bad guys they are snitching on them and just sending them to prison. The bad guys vote for the dude they should whack they think was the Mole.
I think this role reversal definitely has potential.
It's been done twice, I believe. Once was a Batman game(Either T/S or Mr_Nobody ran that), and I think the other was a sitcom or something? I can't fully remember. Definitely remember the Batman one, though.
