I would very much like to be a part of Star Wars. I don't think letting the Pony players in automatically is a horrible idea, but I fundamentally disagree that it's more "fair," and it would definitely bum me out personally.
I do actually have three less fleshed out roles I can add... 26 players, yikes. Will decide later tonight if I want to elaborate on them some more.

There is no "fair". If the game ran to its conclusion, how is it "fair" if I decide that the people who skipped MLP are automatically in and it's a lottery for the rest? Maybe we should have a silent vote until a majority exclude the people rather than a lottery.... and then those people are guaranteed to be in the next game.

It's Doc T not doct and when I joined this site it was just because I was playing WWEFantasy so I used my screen name and my SN was from when i was fucking 14 and that was because Super Mario RPG had a boss named Doctor Topper and I thought it was cool. . .like over a decade ago. I don't know what I'm changing to, probably Sean Renaud since that's my name across the whole wide web but I really want to rend flesh when I see people call me doct and it's not your fault, it's my own fault.

Clearly Queen's power wasn't great but I think Rarity's Role Cop is both fun and not great in a 20 man game. (though I'm willing to listen)

We all jumped on the Dave bandwagon when it looked almost certain that he was scum... then, out of nowhere, Psycho comes along and gives us an out. So, given that I had NO night powers and had confirmed with doct () that if I died, the queen would get my kill orders, I formulated a plan to throw myself under the bus in the hope that I was lynched, not Dave.

This was also an oops. I gave the kill action to Grim mostly to simplify things. I didn't think about what would happen if he died or if he got a double action.
Also don't send out your cop actions until the end. Duh it sounds simple but trying to keep things moving I did just that day one and Cewsh who was late (his fault) fucked up everything (my fault) so I just ignored his post.
From my own fail I'd say future Mods should probably put Role Blockers and Role Switchers at the top of your spreadsheet (or whatnot) since they change everything beneath them. That screwed me over a number of times. I never got a great vote counting plan.
Mis-kill. All the other fuck ups I just ran with but JP=Verm was just unforgivable.
For no reason I can figure out I kept putting JP in nearly every slot. Him and HHH just kept creaping into random slots.

I think I'd like to try my hand at a mini game relatively soon. Maybe on the next go round, after Star Wars. I was thinking Doctor Who, but my initial list of characters was so long that I've narrowed it to just the 9th Doctor. As he was only around for one season, I figure it's a good place to start with a mini game.
I have a basic list of 12 characters with abilities and alignments, but I want to make sure the balance is okay before I proceed. If there is an experienced game modder who wouldn't mind taking a look at what I've got so far and offering any advice, I would appreciate it.
I have the stuff for a "Clue Mafia" mini game whenever Im out of one early.

Night one my role blockers met up. According to Wiki Scum there are two primary schools of thought.
The first is that all role blocks happen at once. The second is that they happen in a chain. The explanation given is a bit hard to follow and must have happened in a fairly massive game but here it is.
If Role Blocker A uses their power on Role Blocker B who uses their power on the Vigilante what happens?
In the first school they happen at once and Role Blocker B is basically unaffected because he blocks the vigilante before the role block goes into effect.
The second school says Role Blocker A blocked Role Blocker B who in turn did not block the Vigilante.
The example they gave had I think five role blockers but it basically took the above and shoved it into the absolute most complex train wreck possible.
Looking at the above I'd still suggest block go at the top since at least in theory the block could prevent any of the steps ahead of it no? Same with the redirect. Otherwise I think that list is probably perfect.
I took another look at my Doctor Who game today and made a couple of adjustments, and I like what I have, but I'd still like somebody with more experience to look at it.
Any general advice on setting up and running a game would also be appreciated.

Anyway I'm gonna go with fantasy. It makes life simple for me writing wise. I'll probably have just a few real power roles so I don't confuse myself again and focus a bit on my writing and not being confused. Getting all the ideas sorted properly and of course learning from Grim and Nobody.
