2 Cold Scorpio was arrested on June 15 for stabbing a man during a gas station fight which he claims he was acting in self-defence.

I'm curious if we're actually going to see a title change of some kind here. I'll be honest, I'm in that boat of wondering why Cody and Gunther's reigns have been a little mid. I feel like either guy losing would be a little shake up. KO beating Cody would be huge. I would honestly pull the trigger and have him beat Cody and maybe Cody wins it back at Rumble? Gunther is someone I feel like once 2025 hits we're going to see some really special matches. I want him v. Seth and Punk at some point for sure. I want to see Karrion Kross elevated into the World title picture as well. It'll be interesting once Netflix starts airing Raw. How will they decide what champion is on what show? That became a problem awhile back when they started having both World champions show up on both shows. I like the idea of the roster split and I don't mind when they bleed into each other from time to time. But I truly feel like the champions should stay brand specific or it makes no sense to have 2 titles for each division.
I am excited to see it especially since they are going to hit us up with some nostiglia.

I'm looking forward to it. They know how to hit the nostalgia notes and it's a good card. 2 hours, 5 matches, yep that suits me just fine. Guessing they might establish the Netflix main event here too. With 3 big events in the pipeline (Netflix, next SNME, then the Rumble the week after) they could definitely do something big on this show. I see more likely it setting up things for later on though.
That's what I'm worried about...This show will rely on seeing my favorite midcarder Tito Santana, some Jesse the Body on commentary I assume, but storylines will move a tiny bit forward.
That's kind of the downside to SNME in the modern era. SNME was almost on par with a ppv. You wouldn't get squash matches you would get stuff like Hogan v. Bossman here in Des Moines inside the cage. Hogan v. Andre II. Nowadays those big matches happen every week on Raw and Smackdown so they pretty much have to do what they're doing-multiple World title matches. This show looks like a ppv.
Was Disco Inferno the worst nWo member? I know there have been like 2,000 members but I never thought he fit whatsoever. They never really explained it either he just basically took over Spicolli's lackey role which that didn't really make sense either. I mean I can even tolerate the likes of IRS and Stevie Ray, but Disco...meh. Right now, with NXT, RAW, Smackdown, and WWE doing some fun stuff with Impact....I'm talking myself into a larger/Divided up faction being able to work better now than it could previously.
