I understand but we are really struggling for a time everyone can make it anyway and this is already got a better reception and probably turnout than anything else. If the majority can make it then I think we just have to go with it.

My only issue will be that I get off at 5 (8 EST) today, but I've worked a ton extra this week and am the big boss man, so I can justify getting out a bit early. Even if I don't, I'll only be on auto for the first pick or two as I live close to work.

Hope Christopherson can make it as he hasn't posted. Email should have been sent and gave him a UK day (and still evening) notice but I appreciate its very short notice so I'm sorry if you can't man. Just all the other league regulars can make it and we were struggling for that to happen so just had to go with it.
It's the best that can be done. It'll be fine. A few of us wind up auto picking every year. That's why I spend ages on my player rankings.
I love my team. I got a lot of my regulars/favorites and feel it's a good mix for me. I'm still shocked I was able to click Kris Bryant over Miggy. I tend to avoid youth at my own expense and it just felt like the time was right for that call. On the same note, I was so happy to get Sano.
And, of course, to finally get Justin in a place that I didn't think was a ridiculous overreach or via trading my entire team after 37 shitty offers. On the same note, loved Cano not going silly early.

You can do some damage with it when you get going with your mid season pickups as pitching is by far the easiest part to sort out in H2H. Chin up mate! Also pleasing that I managed to snag Gregerson just as the Astro's name him closer, with Giles behind him though he won't get many chances for blow ups.

just so ya know, this form of fantasy is basically daily. some days people will sit and rest, so you'll have to make decisions about whether to keep them in or sub a bench player. you also have to make sure you set your pitchers so that they are in your line up and not on the bench on the days they are set to start a game or else the stats they create wont count for you. espn, the site and fantasy app, let's you set up your days in advance so you dont necessarily have to check it everyday. but overall, fantasy baseball does need a lot more attention than football cause there are multiple games being played the entire week.
If you get the app it will also give you notifications when players are out of lineups and injured like your whole team etc

If Castro keeps on at this pace, and the one he showed towards the end of last year, it could definitely work out well for you.
I had actually resolved to get away from the frantic trading I do every year, but that AJ Pollock injury fucked me sideways. Getting JD Martinez and Lorenzo Cain to replace him should set me up nicely, though, and all I really spent was Jose Fernandez, who i'm not confident will pitch 150 innings, and Starlin Castro, who is a total wild card.

You are welcome to join. I hate weekly leagues but I can understand this. Try and play with the mindset of it isn't forcing you to check it every day maybe. You would keep up with the box scores if you played a weekly league anyway, you can set your lineups and pitching staff up for each day in advance if you like so you don't have to go in every day to set them etc.
He just randomly left the forums. He left RFF but said he would carry on playing Fro's money league but had a dead team in that after a while too.
