What club are you expecting Griffith to play for Jay?

Yeah, he's staying at Wolves. Kenny Jackett came out the other day and said Griffiths is "perfect" for League One.

Yeah thats what I read. I actually think League one is a higher standard than the SPL and Wolves have a few strikers so could go either way.

I'm really looking forward to seeing the Euro player picks. In my mind there's well more than five great options left so I wouldn't be surprised to see everyone else wait for the last round.

    I SAID GOODBYE, OLD THREAD

That was an emotional goodbye and you lot make it awkward, just like saying goodbye to someone and they end up walking off in the same direction as you.

Besides Griffiths, Wolves only have Doyle and Sigurdarson, neither of which hit double figures last year. Jake Cassidy too. But Griffiths will be regularly playing week in, week out; he's by far the best option they have.

And you have to remember that Griffiths was playing in such a poor Hibs team last year, which made his feat of being one of the top SPL scorers even better. In terms of standards, I'd say League One is about par with SPL, but it differs from player to player.

They didnt hit double figures in a higher standard league though. Cassidy scored loads of Tranmere I suppose at that level.

You have wasted your number one pick on a reserve.

That said I just read that Jon Daly all of a sudden can play centre back too, he better fucking hadnt...

He's the new Lee McCulloch. Also didn't Daly score about ten goals last year, a fair few of which were penalties?

Leigh Griffiths is PERFECT for League One, MMH. Just imagine Curtis Axel's theme music whenever I mention Griffiths.

He got 15 in 2 divisions higher. He will be a monster for me this season.

Griffiths is more McGillicutty than Axel.
