The list according to you, which fyi isn't definitive. People will obviously find it more accessible if the commentary is in English and they can actually understand the stories being told etc. Not everyone can speak Japanese dude
Yup, this. It doesn't matter how "good" the announcing is(which I doubt it'd be anything less than decent), it's the fact that people who haven't followed everything for years can now understand the depth of everything going on. Each performer's background, how big they are in the company, why, if there is a reason, they are fighting their current opponent, what it would mean to win/lose, letting people clearly know the name of finisher's...all of that stuff. It goes a long way into drawing in those who would look away because they have nothing attaching them to the performers.
This is excellent news. I do hope this comes along with subtitled promos as well, but that might be asking for a bit much.
