Davis/Hardy and Belcher/Akiyama could go either way.. but there's really no way to justify Bisping over Hamill. Whether Hamill did much with his takedowns or not.. he got them.. a lot.. at will. That always gets other people the win and should've gotten him the win.
The problem is that the judges don't have an official scoring system that they all follow. Some judges score a takedown more than others .. some score submission attempts, some score straight up damage .. and thats what fucks shit up. They should all be scoring the same way, no matter what. There needs to be a seminar or something, where they all come up with a score card.. explaining the value of a takedown, punch, control, sub attempt, reversals, leg kicks, body kicks, etc..
