We really are in the shit - I never saw us as being amongst the favourites to go up, but I didn't think we'd be this bad either. He's inherited a lot of problems and he probably isn't solely to blame for the recruitment that has left us with a hopelessly imbalanced squad, but he's in danger of losing the players and the fans

We were blown away, and whilst it was impossible to keep that intensity up for the whole game we were already well beaten.
Mount lived up to the hype, he'll play for England and am excited about that, Wilson on the left was terrifying and for me the most impressive player on the pitch was the CB on loan from Chelsea, a ridiculous talent

That squad is not 'hopelessly imbalanced'. It's a 30 man squad with multiple options for formations.
We have loads of central midfielders and decent options up front but are lacking in wide positions and in defence - that's why Diouf has been hung out to dry on the left in recent games, and we keep picking out of form defenders.
Rowett was scathing about the defence yesterday but the only other experienced options are Williams (embarrassing against Wigan) and Bauer (seemingly banished from the squad.) Tom Edwards has made a few appearances at right back but is far better going forward than defensively. I'd like to see more younger players get a chance but our best prospect - Lasse Sorensen - is another central midfielder and is unlikely to get a look in all season
