Fulham are a different gear and would be favourites for the playoffs against whoever but their style doesn't work without Cairney. He still shows signs of managing a knee injury he's struggled with all season and he's said nobody could find a suitable treatment despite flying round the world to various doctors.
He's being targeted more and more, plus he's just been called up to the Scotland friendlies in South America. So I wouldn't rule out his performance dropping as it did in last year's playoffs when he first started managing the injury.
I guess it's the same with Grealish and Adomah though.

If it's true that Tomlin has been commuting everyday from Leicester to his various clubs then it could be a perfect match. I thought Colback was a good signing too. A lot of Championship clubs seem to be operating a midfielder deep in a 3 like he has been playing, Pack at Bristol City, McDonald at Fulham, Pearson at Preston etc. Colback would be one of the better in that role.
It just hasn't worked for whatever reason, so many of them were short term signings too so more changes afoot in the summer.
