7) Canadian Chrises (Benoit/Jericho) d. Angle/Necro (Team Really Long Name That Was Dumb) at 18:04 in a great match. Hard, HARD hitting match. Angle and Benoit/Jericho start off with great technical wrestling, but the wild card in the match is Necro, who just UNLOADS stiff forearms and punches and headbutts on Benoit and Jericho. Benoit and Necro unleash maybe the stiffest chops seen in wrestling in years in an exchange that brings the crowd to its feet. Benoit ducks a shot and German suplexes Necro for a 2 count. They fight to the apron, and Benoit German suplexes Necro off the apron and to the floor, and he lands with a sickening thud! With Necro out, Angle picks up the slack for his team. He works over Jericho's ankle (whaaaat?), trying to set up the ankle lock. He gets it, but Jericho gets the ropes. More trademark spots ensue, like Angle's run up the ropes superplex for a two count. Eventually Angle gets his knees up on the Lionsault attempt and then hooks the ankle lock, but Benoit comes in from behind and takes him into the crossface! Jericho adds the Liontamer and that's one sick submission...so Necro comes back in to finally break it up before Angle can tap! We get a pier six brawl, and Jericho and Angle go to the floor. They tease putting their finishing submission on each other on the floor. Necro and Benoit go at it again and Necro headbutts Benoit until each man's face is bloody. He tries to hook a sleeper, but Benoit suplexes out of it. He then hits a three rolling Germans, then a Tiger suplex, then a DRAGON suplex! TWO COUNT! Back up...crossface! Necro goes for the ropes, but Jericho has Angle in the ankle lock outside...and Necro has to tap! Great, great match. ****1/2
