Fact or Fiction: The Game
This game will be fairly simple. I haven't created any actual games on here...a few tournaments, CYoF's, but no actual games, but here's how it'll go.
I'lls tart off by telling you two seemingly outlandish stories. One will be Fact the other Fiction. People will guess whether it is fact or fiction. I'll choose someone from the correct answers to do the next thing, and they get to tell two stories about themselves with one being fact and the other fiction. Get the idea? Ok, here are my two stories.
1) When I was a Junior in college, I was the guest manager for a local indy wrestler, where toward the end of the match, I was able to jump into the ring and thrust kick his opponent to help him give the win.
2) I was an extra in the movie Mr. Holland's Opus, being one of the students in the band in the background. While I couldn't play an instrument, they liked my personality, so gave me the part.
So which is fact and which is fiction?

Never said I was a booker for WCW. Scott Hudson, who had little if nothing to do with the booking committee at the time, liked some of my ideas I presented to him at an indy show. After several e-mails back and forth, he said he was going to present some of my ideas at an open meeting for ideas that WCW had toward the end of their life. There were also positions opening up in their writing committee where they wanted some fresh new people to join, to try to come up with some good ideas. He suggested turning in a resume for this position. Unfortunately, WWE purchased WCW before any of it came to pass, so my dream became dashed.
And #1 is actually Fact. While I like that movie too, I was able to thrust kick one of the local indy guys down in LaGrange, Georgia. The fed was out of Columbus, GA and it was called Chatham Wrestling Association (named after the owner and a former indy wrestler himself). They did a show at the rec center where I tutored kids in reading. The kids and teachers got into the show for free, and they wanted to do something special with the program. I was the only one interested in wrestling, so they nominated me. I was a special guest manager for their World Champion, who was a face. Toward the end of the match, the referee went down. The heel challenger for the title grabbed the belt and nailed the champion. Then I climbed into the ring and did a weak ass thrust kick to the challenger, which allowed for the champion to get back to his feet and nail his finishing move....a simple bulldog, and get the pinfall.

Which one is fact and which one is fiction?
Virgil was never shown to be eliminated from the 1993 Royal Rumble. The commentators simply made a comment that he was no longer in the match.
Former wrestler-turned-gym-teacher Glacier, was originally supposed to use a fire extinguisher to "chill" his opponents. WCW officials decided that the gimmick would get old quickly and it was scrapped.
