The Detective believes he might have a lead, so he goes to check out CWE. However, upon arrival, he sees that he is being checked on by The Doctor. After a moment, he makes the decision not to push further and leaves.

Who has the info? Probably flavor of the write up but the detective may know who the doc is? If so what a good start.

Yeah, just saying it reads like he might know who the doc is but I'm sure that is just some flavor flave.
Well it wasn't the best night because the cop wasn't able to clear CWE but there was no mafia activity it appears so nothing lost there. Are we to believe in a game this small the mafia are even night only or did they just not act night one?

There are only 3 options...

By process of elimination, in an 8 man game, not being the cop or the doctor does indeed drive your odds closer to being mafia. Not a bad way to lean.

With CWE, I'd much rather have him checked out first before eliminating him early. I think we can at least take a night to do that in order to be sure.

Why would the cop stop his investigation of CWE because he's protected by the doctor? A player can be targeted twice and the write up suggests to me that he's protected by the doctor and cleared by the cop.

Again, it just looks like flavor in the write up. They both targeted CWE.
If the cop could clear me, the doc can protect them at night. If the cop doesn't get info if someone else targets them...1 of 2 things happens.
1. Cop wastes a second night checking me again when the doc protects me.
2. Cop checks me and doc protects someone else while scum kill me making it a wasted night.
Hopefully, the cop leaving and not checking me was just flavor so he knows I'm good. In that case, please come out and clear me cop so our doc can keep you safe. And some people are special, so spell it out incase you have already tried to say it.

There is either 2 or 3 mafia. If there is 3 a bad lynch could have us down to 3 vs 3 in the matter of a day. If it's 2 we are down to 4 vs. 3. Our safest play is no lynch.
I would also like to point out that kangus being on the no lynch vote makes me automatically suspicious of him.

Well I'm reckless not stupid. This is an eight player game not a 20 player game where we can make a bunch of mistakes and still win. I don't like either of these lynch options. Once CWE is cleared or not cleared then let's make a decision and this Judas lynch seems totally stupid and not based on anything other than his literacy skills.

The Detective grabs his pen and paper and once again goes to continue his investigation. This time, he walks up to Rip and starts to ask him a few questions. After he was satisfied, he walks away, looking over his notes as he walks away.
Later in the night, The Thug grabs his tools and heads to TimeSplitter's house, but as he pulls up, he notices that The Doctor's car is already there. He shakes his head, knowing that he can't afford witnesses, and drives off.

I don't know. 50/50 really. I know I'm town. Rip is too. The write up suggested TS is town as well. I know CWE is not the cop or doctor. CWE could be town, that is why I didn't rush to vote but choices are slim.

My mother choose the spelling to be different. I've met a bunch of people with my name but only one other with my spelling. I was actually supposed to be named Joshua but my Aunt Debra (my mother's sister) had a baby boy 6 months before me and named him Joshua. My mother was not impressed but it makes for a fun story I guess.

Well here's what I say Virm. I don't exactly know why we haven't seen a mafia kill yet. There is nothing impeding a kill in the write-up unless, since the doctor appears to be roleblocking any other roles that target the same player he does, the doctor also may roleblock that specific player. I don't know, it seems a little far fetched to me but I really don't have a good theory on that. So regarding CWE, I mean it's a small game and that's important. I'd rather see due diligence done and have CWE confirmed as mafia by our detective before we take further action. But then again, I do love offing people so ehh I'm fine either way.
