I thought about following your lead with another Castlevania piece, because that whole series is filled with excellent music.
But how about another series that is famous for its soundtracks?

Anyway, here's my pick. MAYBE my favorite piece of video game music ever.
Hero has chosen what I would have, so at least that saves OoT for another day for me.
In terms of game time, this is far and away my most played game and I still enjoy all the music from it. The first track is probably the one I'd choose.
Gets you PUMPED
Back to Persona for me with the Velvet Room Theme (Aria of the Soul).
A constant through all Persona games and you hear it so much throughout the game especially when trying to fuse new personas so it's just as well that it never gets boring.
Just a beautiful piece of music.
I could never get tired listening to this from the original RE2
