Not a bad side at all. I would have loved to put Yakubu in but most of his work was done before 2010 so had to move Cahill up so I could slot Barry in there.
Not a fan of Stones but we have had some pretty bad centre backs. Heitinga and Distin both had their moments but were not consistent enough for me.
There is a worrying lack of modern players seeing how much we have spent. I dont count Baines as a current squad player and Coleman is on his way out too so it leaves is just with Pickford who the jury is still out on him, but it was him or Howard and I never rated Howard.
Arteta on the wing and Cahill as a central striker. MMH I want to look at your mind one day.

Slim pickings when you've been out of the premier league since 2012. I think that GK + back 4 was from 2010. And we've got a world cup winner in MF
Looking at the player list, it might be easier to do a worst team of the decade...
Nzonzi has had a strange career.....
Begovic
Wilkinson - Shawcross - Huth - Pieters
Nzonzi - Whelan
Shaqiri- Bojan - Arnautovic
Walters
Not bad considering we've been crap for nearly four years
Etherington deserves a mention but couldn't fit him in with the other wide players; could have included Fuller and Delap but their best years were at the end of the previous decade
Prototype16 is a fucking legend. Up there with Lawson.
Ever considered joining RFF?
The RFF thing passed be my somehow when I posted a bit more regularly- bit late to start now. Hope you're doing well - I don't post much but it's great that this place is still going
Does Lawson post these days? He should at least come on to brag when Liverpool win the title - he's earned it
You have played RFF before... probably one of the first seasons on here.
I see that mostly people are doing their clubs. Is anyone doing the whole Premier League decade? I was struggling to come up with a left back. I went with Baines but felt like I was maybe forgetting someone. Not that anyone was asking but the rest was:
De Gea
Azpilicueta, Kompany, Vertoghen, Baines
Sterling, Kante, Toure, David Silva
Kane, Aguero.
I became a full-time fan in the 2011-12 season so I might be missing a couple from the beginning of the decade too
Ashley Cole? Was still good for 3-4 years this decade.
