Better mobile skin?

I haven't been on much in the last 5 years but I'm very surprised to see a good mobile skin has yet to be implemented.

Basically the only people with the ability (and access) to work on that no longer post here or have the time to actually mess around with anything in the backend. Admin I may be, but that's only so registrations can get approved and name's changed for the most part.
