You honestly don't need to. We have these in the office every year, and the winner is always someone like Doris in accounting who picks teams based off of their name or jersey color, etc.

We used to do an office pool and we were allowed like 4 brackets and one of my not so serious brackets always did the best for me instead of the one where I tried really hard to figure out who is going to win.

Last year or the year before a guy who ending up winning one of the pools I ran won by asking Siri who would win the games in the first round. She picked a couple upsets that he was able to score a few more points off of.

This isn't a Harvard or a Vermont, a team with some history to help them win. It wasn't even a last second buzzer beater. This was an ass-kicking against the best team in the country. UMBC.... what the hell is that? A school nickname like the Retrievers?? That is unbelievable, and after twenty years of following the tournament, I finally got to see a 16 seed win. I am a bandwagon fan of theirs for the rest of the tournament. That is fucking great!

UK is looking like the team to beat, along with Duke. Gutted by UC losing. This was the year to finally make something happen and their lack of offensive firepower finally caught up to them.

Kentucky has a pretty free road to the Final Four now. I still think Nova is my favourite. Duke while on though is the most talented team, but many times this season they've not been on.

Duke has the talent to do it. Bagley is probably the best player left in the tournament, and a guy like that can really make a difference. Look at Melo as an example.

Dude it is a nightmare haha. With that said, if Nova wins, I think you take it considering the other brackets who also have Nova winning (myself included).

This year is the ultimate example that college basketball no longer has elite teams like they used to. Teams that would have no problems with the UMBCs and Marshalls in the past are now not even making the Sweet Sixteen. I am so happy that this has happened, because I live for the George Mason-like runs. I hope Kentucky and Duke get their asses blown out. Kansas as well.

If Villanova beats Loyola-chicago in the finals, I think that secures 2nd place for me as best case scenario. NOT too shabby I guess. Had the same bracket at work thru CBS and I am currently in like 495th place. But if Villanova wins the championship over Loyola, I think I will place somewhere in the top 25... *sigh*

So a friend of mine that works for my wife won the bracket at my wife's work. This friend doesn't give a shit about sports at all. Only owns a Cardinals jersey because someone bought it for her to wear on days they are allowed to wear Cardinals stuff to work like the home opener. The only person that actually really cares about sports in that call center and actually set up the bracket pool came in second. it came down to who won the championship game. Just too funny that she just randomly picked stuff and won.
