Not too many guest teams this year, but the inclusion of LAX with Chavo and Spirit Squad(particularly Mike Mondo) is more than enough for me. Other than that, it's a lot of solid trios apart of the CHIKARA roster, with a heavy "CHIKARA vs. The Flood" theme. Also, I'm really happy with the decision to put Thunder Kitty with Old Fashioned.

Hopefully the DVDs don't take forever to be released.

I don't know that the lineups for King of Trios usually looked like but this certainly doesn't pique my interest at all.

All I get out of them and most of the complainers are a bunch on non-CHIKARA fans complaining about a CHIKARA show that has too much CHIKARA on it.

This is my thought process. I think it's actually nice to have mostly CHIKARA teams, and it's a selection of teams that are mostly great in the ring. Maybe it's not enough to draw non-CHIKARA fans in, but if you care about the promotion outside of the KoT, I don't see the issue.

I love that it's primarily CHIKARA teams. Outside talent costs money. Lots of it. Quack is probably still trying to recoup from the loss of business over that year period there was no CHIKARA.

Also announced, Smooth Salin' will be taking on Yoshi Tatsu. Also, Tigre Uno is announced to be part of this year's Rey de Voladores!

But it's just a bunch of CHIKARA guys on the show; so boring. I mean, he can't afford anyone of any substance or note. Since he's an adulterer and all.

BTW: I also bought the rumors originally, but I also listen to Quack's podcast Grizzly Bear Egg. Rarely wrestling themed. Usually two guys shooting the shit, and talking about their geekdom.

Looks pretty fun. Paying 50-60 of the shittiest guys is an arm and a leg, and these are not the shittiest guys. Predict The Flood to win, would like a good showing from Team UK because Mark Andrews is pretty good (he just worked TNA for, I presume, British Bootcamp).
