It does make me wonder how Steen is going to do because Hero is a great talent and if he was seriously released because hes not chiseled and looks like an Uso, then how is Steen going to look?? Dude will prob be super motivated by the pay but still...

I know, right? My mid-section is simply bad-ass.

Btw, I know a good deal about the body and weight loss. Looks like it's from calorie intake. For a lot of athletes, when they become less active they don't cut back on calories accordingly.

You can't compare Steen to Hero. That's like comparing Bray Wyatt to... Edge. I can't imagine Steen or Bray looking jacked but I know they can go in the ring and look credible in what they do.

Ive never gotten the appeal of Chris Hero at all. He didn't impress me much with what little i saw of him in NXT and he didn't blow me away in ROH.

Crazy, he looked pretty decent (by CH standards) in RoH just a couple of months ago, and now.. Well, that physique looks kind of like Jake 'Tthe Snake'' Roberts in 2005 or something.

Maybe it's time to put on the Supeman costume again.

He barely managed to get in halfway decent shape when he was in NXT, with a lucrative WWE contract on the line. Not sure how motivated he is right now to do it.

When I saw him return to RoH I was like, that guy looks in almost the same exact shape as guys like Swagger and Wade Barrett. I honestly think there was more to his release than simply him not looking all shredded like Dolph Ziggler.
