Call of Duty: Ghosts

CoD servers have generally been pretty good on the whole (apart from Black Ops, ugh), but that's a nice bonus and hopefully won't turn into the horrors of Battlefield with little buggers lording over their own servers.

I was mostly out for the last two years and stuck with MW2 throughout it, so I'm considering this one to come back in. I'm sure most of you have burned on on the series.

Also I'm sure the majority of people playing this will be doing so on current systems, so don't worry about that.

The servers are shit but I love Black Ops and still play it. I know we're in the minority but in my group of friends it's considered the best COD.

It looks different enough to black ops 2 to warrant a purchase. I'm interested in the new search and rescue and cranked modes.

I'm sure it will have some fun to use shotguns too.

It's a new series but it's from Infinity Ward so it's closer to Modern Warfare.

BLOPS was my favourite in gameplay but the server problems and lag drove me mental. MW2 ran a lot smoother, even with the hacking problems.

MW2 is UNPLAYABLE now. I loaded it up the other week. Just hacked to shit.

No idea why the servers are still live.

I got this today for Christmas, not played it yet, but may fire it up later.

I like the game but I haven't touched it for a while because it's missing some good modes like Hardpoint or Headquarters.

It mostly just needs more variation in modes in my opinion.

The other problem was the guns killing really fast but they just introduced this "heavy duty" mode that gives you more health so maybe that will fix that issue, I haven't tried it out yet.

I like it better than a lot of previous COD games. It's more strategic and not as arcade. Having to place multiple SAT COM's to get a clear reading of people makes it so that you have to have good communication with your teammates.

I'm not a fan of most of the maps though.
