Now is truly a momentous time for full on beards in wrestling. Daniel Bryan is of course leading the way with a specimen that we've seen grow and grow since he won the WHC in late 2011, but he's not alone by any stretch of the imagination. The attitude era was characterised by clean shaven stars like Triple H, Kurt Angle and The Rock, or at best a bit of a goatee (Steve Austin, Undertaker) but very few beards to speak of (Steve Blackman was a worthy exception to this rule).

In this thread, we should celebrate the many awesome and fierce beards currently being sported by stars such as Bryan, Damien Sandow, Bray Wyatt, Curtis Axel, Sheamus, Kassius Ohno, and several ohers.

When I was younger I always promised myself I would grow a Hogan NWO two-tone beard.

I am making an attempt at some Punk esque chops this week since I am off work. They're only a couple of weeks worth of growth, but disastrously the wife likes them. I'm going to have to think about what to do with them and brace myself for the wonderful ribbing I would get on my return to work.

Sandow & Mark Henry have some wonderfully trim beards. Curtis Axel has been growing in a pretty bitching beard too. Can we give some major props to the Wyatt family for all having magnificent beards?

Best facial hair in wrestling has to go to Austin Aries, though. It's just awesome.

My favorite beards or D brys, Henrys, and Sandows. I also dig Punks chops and Codys mustache. I used to grow my chops out like Punks about 5 years ago..might try it out again.
