Couldn't find a similar thread but I bloody love a good random surprising fact.

The Bushwackers were a bollocks comedy tag team in the WWF. Their matches were absolutely awful and involved licking heads and one of the worst finishing moves of all time in the Battering Ram.

But, the team have actually been given a famous "5 Star Rating" by Dave Meltzer at the Wrestling Observer for their match against The Fantastics in 1986 at the Crockett Cup Tournament.

Only 71 matches in the world have been granted this rating since 1983.

Mental.

Add your own.

Speaking of 5 star matches, What does John Laurentitus, Ric Flair, Sting and The Bushwhackers have in common? They all have had a 5 star match and been voted in "worst worked match" of the Wrestling Observer, ran by Meltzer.
