So everyone's favourite contrarian wrestling forum posted their top 100 of 2012. The obvious omission of certain high profile Japanese wrestlers, obsession with IWRG and various European style wrestlers is no surprise but I actually think the WWE hierarchy is pretty accurate. Ziggler is quite low but he has been compared to Michaels and these guys weren't big fans of Michaels.

I don't think I saw any Lucha last year and can't really be arsed to seek out IWRG matches but I'm keen to take a look at some of the indy wrestlers.

I can see arguments for the Japanese placements and while I'm on board with the current New Japan style of Tanahashi and friends, I guess it's a fair reflection of the wrestlers in Puro who work "smart".

Atrocious bullshit, as tends to be the case. As usual, I can see how they got to the choices they made, but the line of thinking to get there is so tortured and misled that it undermines any logic they may be using.

I don't know shit about Lucha, and limited Puroresu, but the list does seem a TAD skewed. I agree about the WWE hierarchy being mostly well-done(though i'd put Ziggler and Cesaro higher).

This does remind that I saw one A.R. Fox match, and he intrigued me. I wouldn't be surprised to see him be called up to WWE in the next few years. I aim to keep my eye on him.

Yeah, I've seen AR Fox getting talked up a lot. And ACH.

ACH is the man. I saw his first match in ROH about a year ago or something like that and he seemed average with a mild bit of charisma. Then I went to a local wrestling show in St. Louis and he wrestled TJ Perkins. From that point on, I fell in love with the guy. Ever since, every match I've seen him in, he hasn't disappointed. He definitely has some of the It Factor. I would love to see him get called up at some point. Don't think he'd ever be a main eventer due to his size, but he could still be a major star.

I've got to see him live at the last ROH PPV and I can see where the hype is. ACH has something. Add some polish and he can be another Kofi or Bourne in the E, in terms of position on the roster.

But imagine Kofi if he actually had star-making charisma and better ring flexibility? That's pretty much what ACH is.
