THIS IS YOUR WINDOW

Ok... we've all been in the league for a while so if you are disgruntled with your current team/situation... I will accept trade requests with a list of 5 teams you will take a trade to. I can't guarantee that you'll get to the team of your absolute choice (e.g. the much talked about Matthew/Torn combination) but it will get you into a better situation.

*This can only be used once every 2 seasons!
** If you signed to a team as a Free Agent (doesn't apply this season) you must play one full season before requesting a trade
*** Remember, if you try to orchestrate an assembly of Rajah talent, the other GM's may be offering Rajahites back to make the salary cap work out (We'll call it the Dubya rule)
**** Because Ira Vaughn was signed by the dummy team, he can ask for a trade but may NOT specify any sort of list. Where you end up is completely contingent on the best deal offered.

That's it. We're done here. If no one wants to come to Boston, I'm out of here. That last draft pick did it for me.

New York
Detroit

errr... gonna toss 3 random teams, which can be edited if someone wants a bad ass wing alongside them.

Portland.
San Antonio
Phoenix

Well if you can force the trade to Boston then sure. We're a big man away from contending. I'll withdraw my request then.

Btw, I will accept the fine for tampering from the NBA. I just request it goes to charity

Sancty
June 30th, 2013, 1:32 PM
I'd make the request. The odds of Boston offering the best deal of the 5 and you not being involved... that's a lot of balls that have to bounce the right way.

Sadly I can't control Free Agency but I can utilize the dummy team to make trades happen.

So, in this case, Mitch needs to wait until a team signs him about a month into the season.

Pretty much what it says. It happened to me about 3 seasons back. Some team will pick you up by Christmas on a 1 year deal. I find the following year these players tend to sign for max money.

PRE-SEASON POWER RANKINGS

1) Atlanta - #1 3 of the last 4 years
2) Charlotte - Now an elite team
3) New Orleans - Up 10 spots
4) Chicago - Back in the Top 5
5) Orlando - The voters are finally starting to get what I've been on about

6) Denver - Ranked too high?
7) Milwaukee - Down 6 spots but should take a step forward this year
8) Miami - They may have holes but this is insane. They'll go to the Eastern final
9) L.A. Clippers - Up 5 spots on the strength of B.A.
10) Boston - What are they smoking?

11) Cleveland - They do look improved but this may be too high
15) Phoenix - The Suns never get pre-season love
19) San Antonio - Up 4 spots. Not bad. There were Obi to San Antonio rumours but they never panned out.
21) New York - Down 3 spots. It probably should have been more
23) Detroit - Up 2 spots and they've turned a corner

25) Washington - Up 2 spots and didn't deserve to
28) Golden State - Down 2 spots. This seems ridiculously low
29) Oklahoma - Last year's basement dwellers find a rope out
30) Portland - Down 10 spots and looking for Mikey Jones
