I used to follow this company quite closely. They were on the verge of really breaking through but then some wrestlers decided to torture a monkey, and shit went awry.

HOWEVER, it's been a while now and I am ready to dive back in once again. Also, plenty of people on this forum are aware of Dragon Gate through ROH and DGUSA and Gabe Sapolsky, so if people are likely to get into Puro for the first time, this may be the company to go with!

Defrost & Cewsh... update me?

Well Yoshino is champ right now, and he's actually been doing a fantastic job. The whole number one contender's lottery has been a lot of fun too.

Oddly though, they seem to mostly be pushing the FUCK out of American indy wrestler Ricochet and his Double Moonsault. Frosty can probably tell you more.

Also DGUSA is fucking garbage and anyone who says they pay Gabe money for producing it deserves a kick in the nuts.

Ricochet has a Double Moonsault. CIMA thinks it's cool. Thus he gets a push until people figure out that he isn't any better or worse than any other Indy high-flyer.

What is so bad about DGUSA?

Picture everything that was wrong with ROH towards the end of Gabe's run as head booker. Now, multiply that by, oh let's be kind and say, x10,000.

Yep.

Gabe is pretty much what is wrong with it.

Well Yoshino is champ right now.

Um, about that. Dragon Gate has just today gotten back on track story line wise after the Earthquake forced them to cancel their Sumo Hall show, and Yoshino not so much champion anymore

6. Open the Dream Gate: Masaaki Mochizuki (25:31 Sankakugeri) Masato Yoshino
*Yoshino fails in his V5 defense, Mochizuki becomes the 13th Champion

Mochizuki celebrated his big title win. He went on to say that with BW having so many members, it was probably not a good idea for the champion to be unaffiliated. He asked Susumu if he wanted to team up again. He also asked PAC, in English. PAC replied that he couldn't understand him.... Yoshino praised Mochizuki for his conditioning. He said that while they have fought a few times, they have never teamed. It might be fun to do it.

Mochizuki then called out KAMIKAZE. He made a similar appeal to them, saying that from here on, you were either ally, enemy, or Kimata (Shenlong).

YAMATO seemed warm to the idea, but he also appealed to be the first challenger for Mochizuki. Mochizuki agreed, since one year ago he was defeated my YAMATO in a Dream Gate challenge.

They didn't formalize any unions, based on the reports. Hopefully there will be more details soon. I'll have whatever new comes out this afternoon when I wake up.

Glad to see a thread about this here. I'm quite the fan of the promotion, probably my favorite overall of the Japanese feds.

The Mochi win is insane, but he's been getting a lot of exposure from outside of the company, and it's not the worst idea to try some new things. I feel like he's even been venturing from the comfort zone he sort of just... hung in for awhile there. Of course, saying that, while watching shows, I always take an anti-Mochi stance, while my fellow watcher takes a pro-Mochi stance, so... not going to be crazy about that conversation. Haha.

I know this isn't exactly a multimedia thread, too, but I was wondering if any of you guys are still getting hookups on episodes of Infinity. They were actually coming out well enough for a while there that I was supplementing American wrestling with them, but "the guy" delivering them suddenly got busy, or moved, or had someone die, and they dried up. If any other DG fan can help a Sworn Brother out [okay, wrong promotion, but we do have Sugawara] and point me in the direction of a new DG hookup, I'd appreciate it.

If there is one.

-Metal Warrior used a Firebird Splash, much like the Dr. Muscle that appeared back in January.

-The Warrior made his presence felt again in match three. He hit Susumu with a guitar, leading to the Ryu's. The previous unsolved Dr. Muscle also used a guitar shot. That Dr. Muscle was presumed to be Ken45 of El Dorado & Michinoku fame, but he got injured and never made his scheduled DG appearances. That Dr. Muscle was aiding former companions Sugawara & KAGETORA. In this case he wouldn't be aiding either, nor does he do a Firebird Splash.

-Referee Red Shoes Unno, of New Japan fame, has joined DG as a secondary referee. He will help ease the load on Yagi created by the Kinta Tomoaka firing.

-There was a problem with the ropes during the Brave Gate match, not that it stopped PAC from being his usual self. The match was completely torn down at intermission for repair.

-Takagi was faced with a 1-4 deficit, but he managed to overcome the odds and pin captain Kid, which gave KAMIKAZE an instant victory.

-Mochizuki once again asked YAMATO about KAMIKAZE aligning with his new unit to fight Blood WARRIORS. YAMATO said he had made a final decision, and he would announce it......eventually. With that, KAMIKAZE departed. Mochizuki closed the show with the traditional champion ending speech.

7. King of Gate 2011 1st Round A Block: Masaaki Mochizuki (18:16 KO) Shingo Takagi

-Mochizuki vs. Kong & Kanda vs. Kid will happen on 5/15 & 16, respectively.

-Ricochet attacked PAC after match 3. Kid, for whatever reason, then went to stop Ricochet. CIMA went into panic mode and stopped both of them.

-Mochizuki & Takagi traded the Shin Saikyou High Kick & Pumping Bomber, resulting in a double knockdown. Similar to the end of the Twin Gate match from back in November 2009. This time, Mochizuki recovered before the 10 count to get the win.

-Afterwards, BW attacked Mochizuki. Yoshino came to aid him, but they were once again overwhelmed by the BW numbers. This brought out KAMIKAZE, lead by YAMATO. The ring was a mess at this point, and Takagi ended up facing off with Hulk. Mochizuki diffused their situation, and forced them to shake hands. He said that the enemy was now BW and that is where they should focus.

-BW stepped back in. Horiguchi challenged Takagi & Hulk to come after the Twin Gate. CIMA called out any trio to come and face himself, Candy, & Doi. Both challenges were accepted for Korakuen next month. They didn't explicitly say that the tag match would be for the Twin Gate. Also, while they didn't formally state that KAMIKAZE & the Mochizuki unit would be merging, it is safe to assume their alliance is a go. For now, anyway.

Based off their wins over Horiguchi & Saito in the past week, Kid & PAC have made a challenge to Maraha Isappa for the Twin Gate.

Hulk celebrated his win, to a mild fan reaction. He acknowledged it, saying it would have been better in Sapporo. He took a light jab at Takagi about his first round loss before reaffirming their team for Korakuen. Then he turned to Mochizuki, and made the customary post-KoG win Dream Gate challenge.

Mochizuki said that by winning, Hulk did have the qualifications for a title match. But, he quickly changed the subject, and praised Kanda and seemingly offered him a title shot. Kanda said he would strip the belt right off his waist. Mochizuki then told Hulk to come up with the appropriate place for his challenge. Hulk wondered what that all meant, since he seemed to have given the next shot to Kanda....

Hulk passed the microphone to Yoshino for the show closing speech.

Let's recap the May unit movement.

CIMA launched what he called a "Shift Change" for Blood WARRIORS at the beginning of the month. This ended up being a turn away from the middle ground that BW had occupied, into a more straight forward heel approach. Their first step was to rid themselves of Dragon Kid. The problems there started at DEAD or ALIVE when Kid, as team captain, was pinned by Shingo while BW had a 1-4 advantage. As captain, his loss meant BW lost the match outright. The problems persisted for a short time before he was ousted on 5/15.

Meanwhile, Mochizuki continued to shore up the ranks of his new unit. Super Shisa & KAGETORA accepted his invitation. Don Fujii refused, instead choosing to stay out of the unit war for the time being to focus on helping the rookie class. Mocchy also got YAMATO & Takagi to fall in line after beating them, which lead to the end of KAMIKAZE. Cyber Kong promised to do the same, if Mocchy could beat him. He did, and Kong joined. It lasted about a half an hour, as he defected to BW right after the Kid banishment.

Takuya Tomakomai also refused an invitation from Mocchy. He said he wasn't ready, and had something else in mind. That ended up being a shocking transformation from the rookie powerhouse we came to know him as, to a mysterious heel character (and BW member) named Tomahawk T.T. Complete with face paint & t shaped mohawk.

BxB Hulk received a lukewarm reception to his KoG win. Even worse, he wasn't given the next Dream Gate shot, which instead went to KoG break out star Kanda. Hulk quickly left the ring without giving the customary winners speech. He said he was "too tired after wrestling twice", and deferred to Yoshino. He will be teaming with Shingo in a two person tag for the first time since 2008 in Korakuen. Hulk threw a few small barbs at him about his first round loss, but they exchanged a firm handshake in Sambo Hall at the end of the month.

BW made another big move in Sambo Hall. Doi had been making cryptic remarks all week leading up to the show, saying that the next portion of the shift change would be the most shocking. After the main event, Gamma & Doi banished CIMA from the group. However, the tables were quickly turned back on Gamma. Instead, he was the one kicked out. There was no place for his comedy shenanigans in the new BW. Taking his place in the group was the returning Kzy.

CIMA has promised that the hidden gem of the shift change will be unveiled at Korakuen. He also promised fans in Kobe Sambo Hall that when DG returns on the 12th, the shift change will be complete and the real unit war will begin. Until then, his parting words remain "To be continued".

6/8 GATE OF MAXIMUM Kickoff - 08 Jun 2011
6/8/2011 Tokyo, Korakuen Hall
1. Don Fujii, Super Shisa{W} (10:50 Yoshitonic) Gamma, Rich Swann{L}
2. Naoki Tanizaki{W}, Tomahawk T.T (11:40 Implant) Susumu Yokosuka{L}, KAGETORA

6. CIMA, Naruki Doi, Yasushi Kanda, BxB Hulk, Akira Tozawa{W} (23:43 Package German Suplex Hold) Masaaki Mochizuki, Masato Yoshino, YAMATO, Shingo Takagi, Gamma{L}

The Mochizuki Army got their eagerly anticipated name at the beginning of the show. It is: Junction Three. Their keynote colour will be green. The name comes from the union being the joining (or junctioning!) of the 3 units its' members come from. WORLD-1, the Veteran Army, & KAMIKAZE.

BW intruded after the opener to torment Gamma. CIMA mocked him, and asked whether he was a full time comedy performer now. J3 ran off BW afterwards. YAMATO basically told Gamma to man up and stand up for himself.

BW attacked yet again after the second match. J3 made another save. This time, during the confusion, Takagi hit Hulk by mistake.....

Hulk & Takagi entered for their match. Their theme music abruptly ended, and Darkside Hulk appeared on the other side. It was Tanizaki, but the commotion had Takagi distracted long enough for Hulk to attack him! He struck with a chair & the First Flash, and Takagi bled. They continued the attack, until J3 saved.

After some arguing, Yoshino called out .... Dr. Muscle? He unmasked to reveal Gamma. He told YAMATO that he indeed was a man, and it was time to prove it. They hugged.

Not to be outdone, Hulk & Doi called out their final trump card. Akira Tozawa. Tozawa berated Takagi & YAMATO for their treatment of him. He also said Mochizuki as champion was "laughable".

There was much confused fight after both matches 4 & 5. After the Twin change, BW absconded with the belts.

After the main, Mochizuki celebrated the complete JIII sweep for this weekend. Kid interrupted and demanded CIMA return the Twin belts. CIMA declined, saying he was going to auction them off. Kid could put in a bid if he wanted them back. He then said they could have belts back, if they give CIMA & Ricochet a title match. If they win, they can have their title belts. The match was set.

Mochizuki moved on to the Triangle Gate. Doi stepped in right away, and named himself, Kanda, & Kong as the challenging team. Gamma promised another perfect three count like he performed yesterday, because he was a wonderful man.

With those titles out of the way, Mochizuki asked who wanted to come for the Dream. At this point, the lights went dark. When they came back on, Hulk had attacked Mochizuki. He delivered a strike combo to Mochizuki, and said he was the next challenger. He promised to return to Hakata in August as a defending champion.

BW left. Yoshino asked the beaten down Mochizuki if he could close out the show. Mocchy mustered up enough strength to say "Thank You".

Dpo attacked Yoshino after match two. He stole his Triangle Gate belt.

CIMA announced he would be boycotting the Summer Adventure Tag Tournament. Don Fujii of all people took exception to this, saying it is not a professional act from CIMA. The argued for a while about Fujii being old and CIMA questioning his reasons for staying out of the unit fight to help the rookies. BW then attacked rookie Takafumi Watanabe on their way out.

YAMATO boasted about pinning Tozawa, and told him he should probably go back to the US for another 10 years or so. Kong jumped him, allowing Tozawa to hit him with the Package German. Kzy counted a mock pinfall. Kong then absconded with YAMATOs' Triangle Gate title belt.

Hulk mocked Takagi, and swore his mighty kicks would fell all in his path en route to his championship win in Kobe. Mochizuki basically told him he still sucked at giving post victory speeches. BW left.

Hulk led a BW attack on Shingo after the semi-final. He went to cut his hair, but YAMATO & KAGETORA saved. Shingo overpowered Hulk and took the scissors to his hair.

Mochizuki went to give the customary post title match closing speech, but BW attacked again. JIII made the save. After some arguing and such, it was decided that there would be a 5 vs. 5 singles match series in Hakata Star Lanes on 10/9. It seems like it is going to be done under gauntlet rules where a wrestler will compete until he is defeated. The BW side will be CIMA, Doi, Saito, Hulk, & Tozawa. For JIII it will be Mochizuki, Yoshino, Kid, Takagi, & YAMATO.

Also coming out of today, it looks like Yoshino & Kid will be going for the Twin Gate soon.

Metal Warrior had to pull out of the opener due to "injury". He was replaced by Kzy. However, since Kzy was not allowed to compete on this show due to losing the layoff match earlier this month, he transformed himself into Tomahawk Kzy for the night.

Kong won the early man advantage for BW in the elimination match.

Rich Swann, ever the renaissance man, performed Tonbo by Tsuyoshi Nagabuchi on the guitar, before moving into Kizudarake no Eikou for Mocchys' entrance.

Tanizaki named PAC, the real Brave champ, as his next "challenger". He wants the match to be contested under the same two count rules.

Saito & Horiguchi mocked both K-neSuka & AraIwa. They called K-ness broken down. Horiguchi said Arai & Iwasa peaked when they wore baggy pants, and were no threat to anyone now. They challenged them to an eight man tag. MaraIssa will team with Twin Gate champions CIMA & Ricochet. CIMA came out with this challenge. He asked Iwasa to teach him how to have such bad matches. He mocked K-ness for his constant Injury & Comeback pattern. He called them garbage. Iwasa told CIMA to shut up, and told him to put a Twin Gate shot up in this proposed 8 man. CIMA said garbage can't wear title belts. Iwasa said he was just scared they might just lose to "garbage". CIMA said they were about as scary as a haunted house. K-neSuka reaffirmed that they were back and would be back at the top.

Two more matches were made for the 9/16 Korakuen. Takagi & KAGETORA vs. Hulk & Cyber, and another YAMATO vs. Tozawa singles match. They have been trading wins all summer, so this looks to be the final conclusion (for 2011, anyway). Should Tozawa win, I wouldn't be surprised if it leads to a Dream Gate challenge. A box attack & Hulk wine spray aided the win today.

YAMATO closed out the show by talking about his birthday next month. He is turning 30. He said his joints are already starting to ache a bit more than usual. He finished by saying he would proudly enter Korakuen next month as a man in his thirties.

I'm not too sure on the finishes to the Fujii/Ichikawa stuff. That is what the official results are listed as. I will correct them as needed.

As has become the norm after he loses, Tozawa sneak attacked KAGETORA right after the match and gave him the Package German. CIMA went to count a mock three count, but Kid jumped in for the save....

There was a big brawl after the semi-final with KAGETORA & Tozawa jumping in with the match participants.

Gamma demanded an immediate rematch. Mochizuki had his name thrown into the challenging team. Kzy demanded that Swann also join in. It looked like it would happen at the next Sambo Hall show on 10/2, but Doi declined and made the match non-title. He also announced the next Doi Darts game would happen there. Doi Darts has its' own t-shirt now, by the way.

But, the biggest news out of the show was the main event for GATE OF DESTINY on 10/16. It will not be a Dream Gate title match as normal. Due to all the fighting and brawling and general disorder, GM Yagi made the latest installment of the Hair vs. Mask 6 way cage match. The six participants will be: Tozawa, Hulk, Cyber, YAMATO, Takagi, KAGETORA.

I don't care about the rest of the results

Mochizuki demanded that JIII get their Triangle Gate shot after their win. Doi said no, because it was going to be left up to DOI DARTS! He produced a new dart board, this one was filled with Xs and Os. An O means they got their match, and X meant no. Mochizuki said it should be done like last time, with a fan throwing the dart. He picked a girl from the crowd and she tossed her dart.........She landed on an X. JIII looked on in horror while BW celebrated like they won the biggest match in history.

Gamma was furious, and he promptly destroyed the dart board. Doi was aghast and heartbroken. Tanizaki was also upset by this, saying Doi had been up all night working on it. They argued, and in the confusion, Tanizaki accepted the challenge. Tanizaki quickly added that there would be stipulations attached. The 2 count rules from his fake Brave Gate reign will be in play. Doi continued to rage out of control and was shouting for reimbursement for his broken board.

Saito revealed his big plan. He was backing out of the main event. He said there was nothing in it for him to do the match, so he was boycotting unless the Dream Gate was put up. After some arguing, Yagi gave the GO sign for it to become a title match. So, Mochizuki will be making his 6th defense tonight! He promised to obliterate Saitos' jaw with kicks.

Yokosuka Ichoume made a challenge to the Twin Gate after their wins yesterday and today.

After the main event, it was time for Doi Darts Second. This time around, it was to decide the next Triangle Gate challenging team on the 19th. The unaffiliated and comedy roster members were added to the board. Doi said he was reserving a spot for Gamma, so he could exact revenge on him for destroying the last board. Gamma was pleased. However, Doi added that as a penalty for his free spot, he would also have to compete in the opening match that day. Then it came time for the game. The first target hit was.............Shachihoko Machine! The second was even more shocking......Chihiro Tominaga .... !

Gamma was less than pleased. He asked if he still had to do two matches, since his team was penalty enough. Doi refused. However, he was going to waive the two count rules for this one. He said he may regret that, since the opposing team was so strong.

So, as of now....

BW attacked Kid after match two, prompting a save from the Triangle challenger team. A large Tominaga chant erupted almost immediately. After some talk, Super Shenlong came out and asked to be put in the match in place of Tominaga. He was booed loudly, moreso than usual. Tominaga told Shenlong he should watch and study the Triangle Gate match so he could improve himself. This prompted another Tomi chant, and a Shachihoko chant.

After pinning KAGETORA, CIMA said he was cancelling the upcoming SukaTORA Twin Gate challenge. Tozawa asked CIMA to make their match on the BW show a title match. CIMA said he would decide later. KAGETORA was furious, and told CIMA he couldn't just make decisions like that. CIMA basically told him to shut up and the title match was off.

Kzy completely removed Shachihokos' mask early in the match. Shachi was taken backstage, leading to a 3 on 2 match for awhile. He re-emerged later as Shisa BOY to even the odds. The challengers were close to winning, but a powder attack turned things back to the champion team. There was some talk about Tomi joining up with JUNCTION THREE, but a definitive answer wasn't given.

Rico offered up a handshake to PAC, but naturally it lead to a sneak attack. Yoshino & Kid rebuked Rico, telling him that he certainly was not the best high flyer in the world. They both made challenges, so he decided they could fight each other to decide his first challenger. The title match will be at FINAL GATE.

CIMA said he was inspired by Ricochet. He said he wanted to change the DG logo to the BW logo. He said that BW now had all the titles but one, hinting strongly at a Dream Gate challenge.

1. XLAW International Title: El Samurai (7:09 Chickenwing Armlock) Tomahawk T.T
2. Uhaa Nation Japanese Debut: Uhaa Nation (1:39 Standing Shooting Star Press) Kotoka
3. Ryo Saito, Genki Horiguchi{W} (12:34 Backslide from Heaven) Yasushi Kanda{L}, Takuya Sugawara
4. Open the Triangle Gate ~ Team Doi Darts vs. Tokyo Gurentai: Naruki Doi, Naoki Tanizaki, Kzy (16:17 Bakatare Sliding Kick) NOSAWA Rongai, KIKUZAWA, FUJITA
*Team Doi Darts succeeds in their 3rd Defense
5. Open the Twin Gate: CIMA{W}, Ricochet (19:40 Meteora) Akira Tozawa{L}, BxB Hulk
*3rd defense for the Spiked Mohicans

The show opened with each BW member giving a babyface style self introduction. Even Tomahawk, who had been completely silent since his character change. He said he would do his best in his first ever title match today, and that Super Shenlong was garbage.

Ricky Fuji then came out to do a live performance of his SEXY STORM song. He was interrupted by Metal Warrior, which lead to a quick match.

After squashing the Warrior, he finished up with CIMA & Tozawa on air guitar.

Gurentai came out, and demanded a title match. It was time for the Tokyo debut of Doi Darts! As usual, a child was picked from the crowd to toss the dart. She hit the non-title part of the board. Ricky said that was not very rock and roll of them, and he brought out his own board he called Ricky Darts. The child hit the "R" portion of the board and the title match was made. Tanizaki added his special 2 count rules, though.

Horiguchi said he would show hell to PAC & Devitt tomorrow in Korakuen.

As promised, CIMA & Ricochet vacated the Twin Gate. KAGETORA & Susumu were watching the match, and came up to the ring afterwards. They demanded a title match. Tozawa gave Susumu a bicycle kick. A Hulk+Akira vs. Yokosuka Ichoume decision match was set up, but Yokosuka Ichoume may have to fulfill certain conditions first. It was vague.

Good Song Tozawa closed out the show by singing I Am a Thousand Winds.

*Hulk+Akira become the 18th Champions

The special condition that Hulk+Akira have put on the Twin Gate match is, if they win Susumu & KAGETORA will have to change their names to Jimmy Susumu & Jimmy KAGETORA. This is a play on the word 地味 (jimi), which basically means plain or simple. BW have been calling Susumu & KAGE the "jimi tag team" as an insult. The terms were accepted, so the main is now Jimi contra Twin.

Doi called out the most garbage team in DG, K-ness & Araken. He said that their junky team with Iwasa were the next Triangle Gate challengers. The match was set for 12/20.

Uhaa attacked Cyber after his match.

As per the stipulation, KAGETORA & Susumu Yokosuka are now Jimmy KAGETORA & Jimmy Susumu. Or Jimi, but Jimmy sounds better. Collectively they are the Jimmies. Maybe they can feud with R Truth now. Mochizuki wasn't particularly kind about it, he poked fun at Susumu for losing yet another name match.

Shingo & YAMATO made an attack on the new champions, and said they wanted a title shot before the year was up. Presumably FINAL GATE.

The next Korakuen is the fan thanksgiving/appreciation event. CIMA said he had no thanks to give any fans in Tokyo. Mochizuki announced that over 40 names would be on the show, and he hoped to see everyone there.

Eita & Yosuke debuted real ring costumes today. They finished Kotoka with consecutive Moonsaults. This could symbolize the start of their rise through the ranks. They gave a brief speech promising to do well this year. Shenlong attacked them both. He said green boys aren't allowed to give speeches, and he only lost because he had a weakling like Kotoka as a partner. He also badmouthed Tominaga.

Shenlong then attacked Tomi after his loss, and told him nobody wanted to see him wrestle. Tomi responded by putting him in the cross armbreaker. Fujii decided that Tomi & Shenlong will meet in a singles match next month in Korakuen.

Mochizuki made Yoshino shake hands with Kong after their match. Kong gave a brief speech thanking Mochizuki for helping him, then bowed to all four sides.

Tanizaki will be out for some time due to his shoulder injury, so Tomahawk replaced him on Team Doi Darts. He wore Tanizakis' costume and also wore a sling & back tattoo to complete the impersonation. They tried to pass him off as the real Naoki. AraKen saw through it and identified him straight away. Kzy denied it, and said AraKen was probably just drunk again.

Kzy repeatedly cheated during the match. Eventually, Referee Yagi got fed up and DQ'd him. Kzy was pleased since the belts can't change via DQ. Yagi fired back by stripping them of the titles, since Naoki is going to miss almost 6 months. This lead to some problems between Doi & Kzy in advance of their big match in Kyoto. The Triangle Gate is now vacant.

Kong came out to interfere in the main event. He betrayed Mochizuki & JIII, but then also attacked CIMA. Tozawa & Hulk betrayed CIMA, and attacked him. They then put Kagetora on top of CIMA for the pin. CIMA is out of Blood Warriors. Hulk, Tozawa, & Kong conspired together to betray CIMA and remove him from the unit. They laughed and shared high fives after. CIMA was left laying, prompting a save from the Great Don Fujii!

Mochizuki yelled at Kong, Kong called Mocchy an old man. Tozawa said they would take the Dream back from the exiled CIMA. Horiguchi got in Tozawas' face and questioned their actions. After some arguing, Tozawa said he wanted to cut to the chase and end JIII next month. The Yoshida Style Elimination match will return, for a 7 vs. 7 Unit Disbands match!

JIII closed out the show by mentioning that Rich Swann will be back next month, but PAC isn't returning any e-mails.

*1st Defense for CIMA

Shenlong had harsh words for Fujii after losing today, as has become the norm for whoever Shenlong is teaming with when he loses. He told him that it was impossible to win with him as a partner, and the old man should just hurry up and return. He then stormed out.

Tozawa berated Saito for losing, and stomped him. Horiguchi admitted the defeat, but then got on Tozawa for his recent losses to Takagi & YAMATO. Before he could finish, Tozawa stomped him too. The enraged Tozawa yelled at everyone, including Doi.

CIMA gave a long speech to close the show. He praised Susumu for the tough fight. He then reiterated that CIMA & the Dream Gate title are the apex of DG. They shook hands. Susumu thanked him, and said the next time they met he would become the apex. CIMA then asked the Hakata fans what they thought of their first event of 2012, and invited them to come to ringside. He said now that he was out of BW, his only allies were Fujii & Stalker. He asked the Don to lend him his great power, and for Stalker to push himself to his limits.

He then called Kotoka, Eita, & an un-named trainee into the ring. He slapped Eita, and said he expected him to become a show-stealer. He told Kotoka that although he was a senior to Eita, in his own eyes they looked like equals. He said nothing of consequence to the trainee, although his name was revealed to be Kaga-kun.

He finished by saying his heart pounded hard as champion, and he would take on any challenger. Because he's CIMA.

An arm wrestling contest was held to decide who would have the man advantage in the main event. Cyber handily defeated Takagi to give it to BW. Mochizuki proposed eliminating the over the top rope rules for the match, to ensure a decisive finish. Tozawa rejected it, but "Naoki" was quick to accept.

After the main event, BW celebrated their victory in the unit war by also banishing Saito & Horiguchi from the group. CIMA, Fujii & Stalker made the save.

CIMA then introduced the two friends he had promised to bring in to help him crush Hulk, Akira, & Kong. They ended up being K-Dojo owner TAKA Michinoku & DDT boss Sanshiro Takagi. CIMA & his buddies will face the BW trio on 3/1 in Korakuen.

During this ruckus, Doi & Kzy went backstage and assaulted K-ness & AraKen.

Before leaving, CIMA informed Yoshino that Ricochet wanted to team up with him soon.

The former JUNCTION THREE members closed the show by shaking hands, and doing a final meet & signing with fans.

Shingo announced that on 5/13, DG would venture to his hometown of Yamanashi. Their show at Ai Messe Yamanashi will be their first advance on the city. With it, they will have performed in every prefecture in Japan.

CIMA came out with Saito & Horiguchi. He said the CIMA Royale 2 #2 would go on after intermission, & he would announce the participants as the night progressed. Shenlong stormed the ring and demanded he be named first. He then told Saito & Horiguchi not to hold him back in their match.

Gamma, DK, Kobayashi, & Shenlong were named to the match after the opener. While this was going on, Shenlong assaulted Eita. He shouted that he was seizing his chance. Yoshino was added after his match. Fujii, Swann, KandaKong, & Doi were added after the 6 man. Doi refused, saying he wanted to fight for the Brave Gate. CIMA was quite upset that this left his precious match with just 9 participants. While he lamented and asked anyone to come down, PACs' entrance theme hit. He told CIMA that he wanted to be the final member. CIMA consented.

PAC went on to win, and will have his first ever shot at the Dream gate title at the CHAMPION GATE in Osaka series on 3/3 or 3/4.

Tozawa & Hulk boasted their clean sweep of YAMATO & Takagi, Hulk said Shingo in particular had grown quite weak in the last year or so. Tozawa said since the Dream Gate match was decided, and Doi was challenging for the Brave, it was time to decide the next Twin challengers. He asked if anyone was feeling strong enough. The Jimmyz stepped up and made their challenge. Tozawa accepted, but to further their descent into blandness, they will be renamed to Jimmy A & Jimmy B when they lose.

The Jimmyz opened the show by talking about their invitation to Saito & Horiguchi back in Nagoya. Instead, they chose Kanda. They said that Kanda would surely betray them because that is the kind of person he is. Genki ignored all that, and said he couldn't join the Jimmyz because his eyes were fine. He doesn't need glasses. This lead to the match starting. Kage spent a lot of the match also trying to convince them that Kanda was a shady fellow.

BW attacked after the opener. CIMA, the idiot presidents, & the Veteran Army made the save. After running BW off, CIMA & the reformed Vets told the fans about all the happenings in Nagoya & Kobe.

Shisa tried to talk some sense into Shenlong. Shenlong responded by attacking Shisa & his mask. He told him to retire before storming off.

Tozawa decided to abandon the Blood Warriors name. The group has renamed to MAD BLANKEY. Really. It got the reaction you would expect. They have a new unit entrance theme, but their ring costumes were the same for this show.

MB attacked K-ness & AraKen after their match. Tozawa called them fossils who were no longer necessary in DG. Gamma of all people made the save. He & K-ness made amends from long ago feud, and announced they would team together next month in Korakuen to celebrate their 16th Anniversaries in pro wrestling. They nominated TakaYAMA to be their opponents after their match, and the match was set for next month. Gamma promised to beat the greenhorn team.

Doi hesitated on some interference at a key point in the main event, leading directly to the loss. Tozawa was enraged afterwards. He said in line with the fresh start that MB was making, Doi was no longer needed. He wasn't in line with the rest of the MB generation, after all. MB attacked him and kicked him out of the group. During the assault, Dr. Muscle came to make the save .... with a Torbellino!

More arguing ensued. Tozawa mocked CIMA for having to call on help from other companies. The reborn Veteran Army backed him up. It was decided that a 5 vs. 5 Tug of War Singles series would take place at the next Korakuen. For MAD BLANKEY it will be Tozawa, Hulk, Cyber, Kzy, & Tanizaki. For the Veteran Army it will be CIMA, Mochizuki, Fujii, Ichikawa, & DK.

Even though he was only in the dark match, Shenlong once again had some things to say. He ripped on the entire CHAMPION GATE concept, saying there was nothing interesting about it. He also ripped on Osaka, to large booing. He told Watanabe he was terrible and ugly, and he should probably wear a mask. Then he stormed off.

The MAD BLANKEY members, with the exception of Tanizaki, have new yellow keynote costumes. They also use a yellow box.

Tozawa caught the Osaka fans up on the happening in Korakuen. He said the awful name of Blood Warriors was thrown in the garbage, and they were reborn as MAD BLANKEY. He said he & his crew would ransack the DG ring from here on.

Stalker appeared out of nowhere after match two, and accused Tozawa of stealing his German Suplex finisher. They had a war of words in advance of their German contra German match in Kobe.

PAC said we would see the first foreign Dream Gate champion tomorrow. CIMA said he respected PAC and held him in the highest regard, but this was his time. He promised victory. They shook hands.

After intermission the first match was announced for MEMORIAL GATE in Wakayama on 3/25. It will be the latest in the Stalker Bosou series. His opponent this time will be none other than Atsushi Onita!

MB went after Doi after the Brave Gate match. Ricochet attempted to save, but he was stopped. Dr. Muscle appeared here, and hit Kzy with the Torbellino. Kzy demanded he reveal himself. Naturally, it was Masato Yoshino. He blew off Kzy, then turned to Doi. He asked him if he remembered who he was. He was Yoshino, one half of the DoiYoshi tag. He asked Doi to fight with him again, along with Ricochet. Doi lamented being kicked out of MB due to the generation difference for a moment, before he agreed to reform the legendary team. The two shared a fierce hug. Yoshino didn't stop there. He called out PAC. PAC also joined up with them, ending his fierce rivalry with Ricochet. Doi felt bad for Swann being left out of all this, so he invited him too. Swann said he liked Osaka. Yoshino figured he didn't understand what was going on, but took it as an acceptance. So a new unit was formed. Doi, Yoshino, PAC, Ricochet, & Swann.

Also somewhere in there, Kzy became the next challenger to the Brave Gate.

Saito called out the Jimmyz after the main. He said that himself & Horiguchi decided to join the Jimmyz, but on one condition. They also accept Kanda as a member. They promised he wouldn't betray them. They accepted.

Horiguchi then said it was now necessary to change all their names. In fact, they had already decided. Yasushi Kanda becomes Jimmy Kanda. Ryo Saito becomes Ryo Jimmy Saito. Genki Horiguchi becomes Genki Horiguchi H-A-Ji-My (like H-A-G-E).

They assured Mochizuki that this wasn't a betrayal, they just were not quite Veterans yet, so to be a part of the Veteran Army wasn't right at this time. He hoped they could have more exciting matches like they did tonight. Mochizuki said he understood, and once again congratulated the new champions.

However, Dragon Kid was unusually upset at all this, and slapped Ryo. He called it his going away present. He said he & CIMA were challenging them for the titles. CIMA instead focused on the Twin Gate stips tomorrow. Since if they lose they will become Jimmy A & B. What would become of the new Jimmyz? The Jimmyz held a quite meeting of the minds, and came up a solution. Kanda will become Jimmy K, Saito becomes Jimmy R, and Horiguchi becomes Jimmy H-A-G-E. I wonder who is winning tomorrow.

The Jimmyz then closed out the show with the usual speech, just a very plain one.

6. Open the Dream Gate: CIMA (24:18 Meteora) PAC
*2nd Defense for CIMA

CIMA & PAC had the signing ceremony for the main event before the opening match. PAC said this was the biggest match of his career, and vowed to take the title. CIMA said PAC probably had more ability and potential than he did, but he would still defend his title. Because he is CIMA.

Kzy told Ricochet that he was ready for him, and had the location for their Brave Gate match selected. Naturally he didn't say the location at this time, because he is such a troll.

Mochizuki appealed to Shenlong to reform his current bad ways. Shenlong was humbled, and politely asked Mochizuki to help him learn pro wrestling, much like someone else recently did..... Like that person did, he also quickly betrayed Mocchy. Shenlong kicked him in the nuts, then said he would be the one to defeat CIMA for the title.

Yoshino told Doi he wanted to bring back the DoiYoshi team. Doi agreed. The legendary team will reform after....15 months apart.......at Memorial Gate in Wakayama on 3/25. The will also unveil their unit name there.

Tozawa raged after losing the Twin. He insisted it was a two count, and gave the referee a German. Just as quick to change his focus as he is to lose his temper, he quickly moved to the Triangle Gate. He laid out a challenge from himself, Hulk, & Cyber. Genki mocked him a bit, saying since they couldn't keep the Twin they were moving on. He accepted the challenge.

At this time, TakaYAMA came to ringside. They challenged for the Twin Gate. Susumu accepted, but hoped there were no humiliating stips being attached to it. Takagi said there were no such stips. He & YAMATO have been teaming for 3 years and even though they are by themselves right now, there is no team that can match them.

Both of those matches were set for Wakayama.

CIMA gave his customary long speech at the end. He talked about meeting PAC five years ago, and the progress & growth he has shown since then. He praised him for the fight today, and said he wasn't sure if he could beat him again. Still, today was a win. He talked about Ricochet joining up with the DoiYoshi unit. He said it would be a bit odd for them to continue teaming because of this, so they were going to have to part ways here. They shared a hug. He called Rico, PAC, & Swann the 3 Jewels of Dragon Gate USA. He said with their group leading the international charge, Tozawa leading his group of evil punks, & the Jimmyz doing....well, he wasn't exactly sure what the Jimmyz were all about. But still, it was time for the Reborn Veteran Army to attack. He mentioned the Triangle challenge DK made yesterday. Along with Mochizuki, they were once again making it. They were added to the title match in Wakayama, making it the first 3 Way 6 Man tag since 2010.

*1st Defense for the Jimmys

There was an opening MC to kick off the show. CIMA talked about the importance of this show, and how it was being broadcast on Wakayama TV. He said they would ensure a great performance, because you couldn't have a quiet crowd for such an important event. He promised the Veterans would capture the Triangle Gate. MAD BLANKEY & The Jimmys came out for a full confrontation. They argued for a bit. Mondai Ryu yelled at Fujii & Gamma, and said they would retire after losing tonight. MB left. CIMA told the Jimmys to not be so jimi tonight, and bring their flashiest performances.

After pulling the shocking upset on Shisa, Tominaga once again called out TakaYAMA. He said this win proved he was ready, and he was hoping they had an answer for him. They agreed that his win was kind of a big deal, but they didn't have an answer for him tonight. However, he was welcome to second them in their match. Tommy was a bit upset at not getting an answer, but was suitably stoked about being able to second them.

The DoiYoshi unit announced their name before their match. It is: WORLD-1 International. The name is a combination of their prior unit, and their new concept & members. Doi was pleased with he name, since PAC is British, Swann & Rico are American, and Yoshino is from Thailand. Yoshino yelled at him and assured everyone he was Japanese, then quickly changed the subject and demanded the match start. Their logo is up on the roster page now.

The Jimmys closed out the show. They celebrated their title defenses, praised Wakayama for being host to what should be a new annual big match tradition, and generally played up the Jimmy Boom that is going on in DG.

Swann was in his Stalker costume tonight.

Shingo was able to repeat the one hit comeback he pulled last year. The incredibly useless Mondai Ryu mis-fired with a low blow on Tozawa, leading to a Pumping Bomber and Last Falconry on Captain Tozawa.

Tonight was the first Dragonrana since the famous Blood Generation vs. Do FIXER ROH six man tag from ROH in 2006.

The special title ceremony presenter for the main is Mika Kano, one half of the Kano sisters celebrity duo. As far as I can gather she is famous for being famous and getting naked in photographs.

MB manager Larry Dallas received an Ina Bauer German from Stalker for his antics in the main event.

The Osaka Trio celebrated their opening win, but were cut off by Mondai Ryu. He had the usual things to say that no one wanted to hear. He said he was done with CIMA, and changing his target to Gamma. His main issue was that three local trash wrestlers like the Osaka group all had theme music while he still doesn't. It was decided that at the next Korakuen on the 22nd, Mondai Ryu will face Gamma in a lumberjack match, with Gammas' SHOUT AT THE BRAIN theme up for grabs. There will also be a strap or whip of some sort involved.

Shenlong earned the right to team with Takagi & YAMATO in the tag league with his win.

Windows came out after the Kagetora vs, DK match. They had a guest with them, Masamune from Osaka Pro Wrestling. AraKen announced that he would be the next challenger to the Brave Gate. AraKen revealed the connection between himself & Masamune dates back to his initial training days in Mexico. He was an important friend and would act as an assistant to Windows. Kagetora said that was all well and good but the next challenger should probably be the guy who just pinned the champion. Kzy came out of nowhere to announce his own candidacy to the title. He challenged DK to a dance off for it. In the end, it was decided that a 3 way would take place to determine the next challenger. Kagetora vs. Kzy vs. Masamune. DK decided that wasn't good enough. He was adding himself to the match, making it a 4 way. If he wins, no one gets a title match! It will take place on 8/22.

The first confrontation between the Naokis was heated. They traded familiar holds, and the MB version had his back tattoo wiped clean. Still, the MB version insisted that his win today proved he was the genuine article. Tozawa also gloated over the win but was met with a John Woo from Candy. They set up a 2 out of 3 falls All Out War 8 man tag for 8/22. The Jimmys side will be Saito, Horiguchi, Naoki, & Kanda. The MB side will be Tozawa, Hulk, Naoki, and, since Kzy & Mondai Ryu are busy, Cyber Kong.

By scoring the pin in the main event, YAMATO earned the next shot at CIMA. The match was going to take place at the big event in Ota-ku on 9/23, but that was too far away for YAMATO. Instead, he said it would occur at the next Korakuen, 20 days from now. He also said that it has been three years since the last time he generation attempted to take over. Since CIMA is once again champion, that take over failed. This was the last chance, and he would not lose. CIMA said he would be waiting. YAMATO closed out the show. He admitted that CIMA was an incredible performer, but DG wasn't resigned to whatever future CIMA had in store for it. He asked the fans to come to Korakuen on 8/22 to see that in person.

The strap match took a turn for the strange. Kimata appeared without his normal mask, instead wearing a small S&M Mistress mask. Gamma upstaged him by wearing a a larger S&M Mistress mask, purple thong, and full body fishnet stocking. Kotoka was mistakenly hit by an errant whip attack, unlocking a masochistic side. He realized he enjoyed being whipped, & asked to be struck on his behind. Perhaps he is still traumatized by his near-rape experiences back at the June DDG show. Having defended his own theme song, Gamma presented a new theme to Kimata. The theme was a loop of the Veteran Army booing loudly.

Yoshino introduced the new WORLD-1 International assistant. It is none other than Daichi Hashimoto, of ZERO1. He is, of course, the son of the late Shinya Hashimoto. Yoshino met him while training at the MidBREATH gym. He will team up with Yoshino on 9/23 in Ota-ku, forming the DaiYoshi tag. Doi will not be teaming with him, because he had other plans. He challenged whoever was champion on 9/23 to give him a Dream Gate shot!

Masamune will get his Brave Gate title match in Ota-ku.

MB attacked Kanda after the semi-final, but Mistress Gamma made the save. He and Kanda whipped MB until they ran off.....

The first attempt at the end of the show lead to the Twin Gate match for Ota being set. It will be MochiFujii challenging. There will be singles match next month in Korakuen in advance of it. Fujii & YAMATO demanded their match be falls count anywhere.

Doi came out to formally challenge CIMA. This lead to a hastily created CIMA Royale 7. Doi was entered. Tanisaki got in because of his win over CIMA in Hakata. Kanda got in due to his good form tonight. AraKen got in, just because. Doi quickly won, officially securing the match for Ota. It will be one day after the five year anniversary of his 2007 Dream Gate challenge in Ota. He debuted the Muscular Bomb in that match, and nearly ended CIMAs' career. Naturally, Doi reminded him of it. He promised to once again send him to hospital. CIMA replied that there would be no Muscular Bomb in Ota this time.

Also set for Korakuen on 9/14 is a One Night Tag Tournament. This is to make up for the lack of a pure tag league due to the trios league. Each unit (except -akatsuki-) will put up a team. WORLD-1 will have DoiYoshi, since they are the only members of the unit right now. From The Veteran Army will be CK-1, CIMA & DK.

CIMA (finally) closed the show with the usual stirring speech. Because he is CIMA.

Kanda was still in his foul mood from Korakuen. He stormed off instead of celebrating his win. Strangely, so did Kotoka.

Kanda returned after the whip match, attacking Gamma on the ramp.

Tanizaki had Tanisaki pinned with the Implant, but the referee was pulled out at two. Tozawa hit him with a chair, and he never recovered. The finish was a more vertical drop version of the Night Ride,

Tanisaki said that the win proved once and for all who the true Naoki was. He taunted Tanizaki, who was naturally upset & crying. Tanizaki accepted the loss, and was fine with continuing on as Jimmy Tanizaki. However, the win gave Tanisaki the right to pick his new ring name. He wasn't going to let him off that easy. Tanizaki and his crying reminds him of a dolphin. Then, he thought of the sound a dolphin makes when it cries. It sounds like kyu kyu. Tanizaki is from Toyonaka. So therefore, the name he chose for him is....Mister Kyu Kyu Toyonaka Dolphin. Really.

Doi hit the Muscular Bomb in the late stages, but the accumulated damage from the match prevented him from covering. CIMA was able to recover and eventually win, once again preventing a generation shift.

Afterwards, CIMA thanked Doi for the good fight and went to shake his hand. MAD BLANKEY interrupted. Tanisaki went to give CIMA the Night Ride but it got blocked by Mochizuki. Tanisaki asked for a title match, but CIMA flatly refused it. No titles shots without first winning a CIMA Royale. Tanisaki insisted CIMA was ducking the man that has beaten CIMA, Fujii, Mochizuki, & Yoshino in the last few weeks. He wasn't going to let him out of fighting him. CIMA accepted a singles match for the next Korakuen. Tanisaki added his own rules to it, since the title would not be on the line. So, set for 10/12 in Korakuen is CIMA vs. Tanisaki in a Lumberjack match.

Gamma called out Kanda. He was taking him up on his request for a Jimmys vs. Veteran Army war in Korakuen. It will be Mochizuki, Fujii, & Gamma vs. Kanda, Saito, & Susumu.

CIMA closed out the show with his standard long speech. He praised all the competitors on the show, asked the Tokyo fans if they were pleased with the Dragon Gate return to Ota, and thanked all who attended.

After the Mondai chicanery in match 3, both competitors were added to the semi-final.

Tanizaki praised Penguin for his fighting ability, and asked him how he felt about losing. Penguin admitted defeat, and tearfully said that while he had plenty of things left to accomplish in wrestling, he would abide by the rules of the match. Tanizaki agreed that the rules were the rules, however Penguin was important to the future of DG. Further, he actually had grown fond of the Toyonaka Dolphin ring name. He thought that a Dolphin & Penguin team had some potential. Penguin was humbled by the offer, but received a bicycle kick from Tozawa for his trouble. First he lost, then he cried like a baby, now he was considering teaming with the enemy? MB were done with him. Tanizaki made the save. MB were run off. Dolphin & Penguin shared a firm handshake! Tanizaki once again thanked the fans for their assistance today, but reminded them there was still one Jimmy left to fight tonight. He hoped they would give Kanda their full support in the main.

CIMA talked at length about his recent battles. He said he absolutely respected Kanda and praised him for his toughness today. CIMA wore his WORLD-C pink costume for the match. While blue is his favourite colour, it is also the colour that Kanda wears. He didn't want a Blue vs. Blue fight. He hoped that the next time they meet, Kanda was the one who wore the pink costume. He called out anyone to challenge him. This brought out Yoshino. Yoshino barely finished his challenge when Doi came out. CIMA reminded them that they both had title matches late last year so it was a bit early for them to come at him again. Still, he didn't duck any challenges. However, they will have to fight each other to see who gets the shot at CHAMPION GATE in Osaka. Whoever it is, Doi or Yoshino, he will beat them again. Because he is CIMA.

Tozawa made good on his promise to cut off HUBs' tail. HUB was incapacitated, but returned to the match after replacing his mask.

Kzy intruded afterwards, and stripped DK of his mask.

CIMA took the microphone from ring announcer Kikuchi before he could start the presentation after the match. He praised K-ness for the hot fight and his run of form since January. He talked about how they have had similar length careers, and both suffered various severe injuries including hernias. Still, the K-ness we saw last year was virtually unrecognizable. Suddenly this year, he was back to the one we knew. There didn't appear to be a single ticket left in Korakuen today. They all came out to see this K-ness. CIMA assumed he would be heading to Kabukicho or Shibuya to get very drunk after this. Whatever he decided, he hoped we would be seeing more of this K-ness afterwards. K-ness thanked him for his words and for the fight. He said today wasn't his goal. It was just a checkpoint along the way. They went to shake hands, prompting an appearance by MAD BLANKEY.

Tozawa called this yet another old man Dream Gate sob story. He was promptly thrust kicked by CIMA. Tozawa responded with a Bicycle Kick. MB attacked, which lead to a save by Gamma who just happened to be hanging around. He stripped Mondai Ryu of his mask. Susumu, who had been seconding K-ness along with Horiguchi, Saito, & Kanda, followed up with a Jumbo no Kachi! Susumu asked Tozawa what was so bad about a couple of old men crying. Crying was good. CIMA took exception to all of this and named Tozawa as his next challenger! He also asked K-ness & Susumu to ally up with him to fight MB next month. K-ness said he had no intention of slowing his new pace, and would be glad to. Susumu said this was the K-ness he was waiting to see again. He would also be happy to. Tozawa agreed to the match, with Kzy & Uhaa as his partners. MB departed. Nothing was settled regarding Tozawas' title match.

CIMA & K-neSuka briefly discussed their wardrobe for their upcoming tag, before K-ness was left to close things out.

He thanked the fans for their support. He wasn't fighting alone today. He was aided by their encouragement, and the support of his friends. Today wasn't the end. He hoped they saved some support for the big tag next month.

The KING OF GATE 2013 details were announced after intermission. The tournament will kick off on 5/10, and wrap up on 5/25. There will be a mini-tournament on 5/3 & 4 in Kyoto between Shenlong, Kotoka, Tominaga, & Mondai Ryu to determine who will face Fujii in the 1st round.

CIMA & Ricochet had their Dream Gate contract signing ceremony before the opener. Ricochet said that CIMA was like a brother to him, but tomorrow he would be beating him for his title. CIMA told him that he would defend his title somehow, some way. Because he is CIMA.

Horiguchi told K-ness that just like today, there would also be divine intervention during their title match tomorrow. Saito interrupted their war of words, and turned to Susumu, who was not wearing a Jimmys t-shirt. He said Susumu sure was in a hurry to go to war with his own unit tomorrow. Mochizuki said he didn't understand or particularly care what was going on between Susumu & the Jimmys. Tomorrow he will be wearing, riding, and affiliated with the same thing he was at Korakuen last week. If he wanted to, he could also leave with Mocchy & K-ness today. Susumu elected to do so. Saito flipped out. First he apologized profusely, but when that fell on deaf ears he berated Susumu and tried to get the fans to chant along with calling him an idiot. Finally he conceded, but said that Susumu could wear, ride, and join up with whatever he wanted. In the end, the Jimmys would be taking home the Triangle Gate tomorrow.

After their skirmish 6 man CIMA reiterated that while Ricochet was one of the best in the world, he just can't win tomorrow. Because he is CIMA.

YAMATO betrayed Takagi during the main event. He accepted a chair from Hulk to strike him with, then followed up with a Gallaria for good measure. This allowed Hulk to hit the First Flash.

Afterwards, YAMATO took the microphone. For what felt like an eternity, he had been carrying Shingo Takagi. He gave him unlimited chances. What happened today was his own fault. -akatsuki- should in fact be renamed -usotsuki- (this means liar). He taunted him with the Twin Gate title belts. The 3 time champion team, the partnership that exceeded all others. It was done. He was free now. YAMATO, the coolest and hottest man in the world. Takagi could continue to carry his shitty -akatsuki- stablemates.

Hulk jumped in, echoing a lot of what YAMATO had already said. He did say one important bit of new information. YAMATO was indeed a new compatriot in MAD BLANKEY. Tozawa joined in on the abuse, but was quickly stopped by Ryotsu Shimizu. YAMATO & Tozawa put him in his place, and got rid of him.

The show ended on this sour note.

YAMATO initially appeared in his white tights, with his old Kamikaze era front loincloths. Tozawa introduced the new MAD BLANKEY to the Hakata idiots. Despite their lukewarm reception, he knew they realized the implications. Today would see the same results as yesterday.

After the match, YAMATO repeated his key line from yesterday. He was finally free. (He also repeated that he was the coolest and sexiest).
He attacked Shenlong, and tore off his mask. He then taunted him for being so ugly he had to become a masked wrestler. He did the usual bald jokes towards Tominaga that everyone makes. He tossed his old ring costume at Takagi, and removed his tights to reveal his new yellow & black MAD BLANKEY outfit.

Saito pleaded with Susumu to return to the Jimmys. Susumu admitted he got caught up in the excitement of K-neSuka, M2K, and winning the titles. But at the end of the day, he was no longer Susumu Mochizuki. He was Jimmy Susumu. K-ness thanked him for the fun little run, and started to mention one more thing, but he was interrupted by MAD BLANKEY. Kzy mockingly congratulated them on the title win. He asked if they were watching what happened to the balance of power on the unit battlefield yesterday. MB wanted a Triangle Gate match. Horiguchi quickly agreed, prompting Kzy to remark what a reasonable fellow he was. The match was set, in principal. The location and MB trio were not announced.

YAMATO then said he had something to say, but he was cut off by Mochizuki. They bantered for awhile, with Mocchy saying he would kick YAMATO in his face so hard he would no longer be able to call himself the coolest and sexiest man in the world. They ended up agreeing to a singles match, which was the first to be announced for the annual Pro Wrestling Festival in Kobe. Mochizuki said when he won, YAMATO could return to -akatsuki- as their worst member. YAMATO said when he won, Mochizuki could join -akatsuki- and have to carry Shenlong, Tominaga, and the ultimate piece of baggage Shingo Takagi.

CIMA thanked Ricochet for the fight. He recalled the first time they met. This was back when Ricochet was only 17 and he had a nappy afro that he met via Matt Sydal. He talked about his first time teaming with him back in September 2010 in Dragon Gate USA, vs. DoiYoshi. Doi was the first victim of the Double Rotation Moonsault that day. Thankfully he was able to avoid that today. He praised Ricochet for his growth since then, and said he expected even more great things from him. Ricochet thanked CIMA, & the Hakata fans before leaving to thunderous applause.

CIMA continued, talking about the unfortunate ending to the show yesterday. He talked about Mochizuki losing today, and how it would bring him back full time to Team Veteran. He confirmed the obvious that his next defense would be at Kobe World. He didn't care who came to fight him. It could be one of his fellow Team Veteran stablemates, or it could be Ryotsu Shimizu. Whoever it was, they would fall on the highest stage. Because he is CIMA.
