Well done m8, classic pub quiz question there

There is absolutely no way I would have got that East Stirlingshire one without Paul McGrillen's hat-trick for Stenhousemuir against them that beat Jay or Melv in an epic RFF match a few years back. Reading up on that now I hear he hanged himself last year.

For God's sake, if only he knew how thankful I was to him.

Apologies, he's not one I have - according to his Wikipedia:

He failed to make a single league appearance in 1992–93 season, when they won the first FA Premier League title. His final appearance came on 23 October 1993 in a 1–0 Premier League win over Everton at Goodison Park, as United were on course for retaining the league title. They also went on to win the FA Cup that season.

Maybe he doesn't have a winners medal through lack of appearances?
