This game will be run just like the reality show. If you want to play, reply to this thread with your occupation, age, and some information about the time you've spent on this board. (how long, what you like about it, etc.)

Once we got 16 people, I'll start the game. Immunity challenges will be wrestling trivia, board games, etc. etc. EDIT: Every day or so (not necessarily every 3 days), [/edit] someone will be voted out of the game and will be asked (nicely) to not reply to the thread until the end, when they will return to vote for the final winner.

Let's see if there's interest in this. PM or AIM me for more details.

I really enjoy the board games of the site except for the games where you count down numbers and eliminate people. It was fun until there were 20 of them all at once. I like the tournaments around here and really enjoyed the Wilfreds Debate. The movies forum is always a good time. I'm truly enjoying Mik's countdown of the Top 100 performances.

I've been here for awhile...like, 2 years. I like this forum, alot, I guess. I post here regularly, so..yeah. Started out mainly posting in the Wrestling forum. An idea for a game (Fantasy WWE) sparked in my brain and I made the mistake of putting it in the WWE TV/PPV forum. It was quickly moved to the Board Games. And that's when I first started posting in the Board Games. Posted there for awhile. Pretty much until my game died. Then, I stopped posting in the Board Games so regularly and started making "cameos", popping in and out every now and again, when I felt like trying to revive my game.

After I gave up on that, I joined "Mr. Nobody's Create Your Own Fed", judging along side Mr. Nobody, before eventually taking over the game for him after he left, until it started to become way too much work for one person (myself) and I had to end it. After that, I stopped posting in the Board Games all together and mainly posted in all the other forums. Lately though, I've been dabbling back into a few chosen threads in the Board Games and still post pretty much everywhere else, too.

I'm a senior in High School, graduating this year. I'm going to USF after high school, hoping to major in Journalism.

THE TEAMS HAVE BEEN RE-SHUFFLED AND RE-ASSIGNED ON APRIL 30 @ 2 AM. TO SEE WHAT THE NEW TEAM ASSIGNMENTS ARE, PLEASE REFER TO PAGE 30 OF THIS THREAD.

Here are what the original teams were:

THE RAW TEAM:

Canuckin
Deka Dolittle
Gunge Man
ILLu51on VII
PompeyDuck
TLK23
Hatred From The Soul
PaintMeBloodRed

THE SMACKDOWN! TEAM:

Cameron
FaSho
Funazz
Holy Hopkins
Mikey Jones
Sanctimonious S.O.B.
Wilfred
Slim Shady

I will post the first immunity challenge later tonight. You don't ALL have to be around for this announcement (or any challenge announcement for that matter), so don't freak out if ya won't be available this evening.

And here's how the elimination works. The challenge will be announced as being OVER sometime Sunday afternoon. Then, at that time, the members of the losing team will be asked to each PM me their vote. YOU ARE VOTING OFF A MEMBER OF YOUR TEAM AND IT CANNOT BE YOURSELF!

If I don't receive your vote by 8 PM EST Sunday night, it won't be counted, and I will let everyone know that you didn't vote.

Whoever has the most votes is out of the game. From then on, the game will move at a quicker pace, with one person being eliminated every day or so.

These next few hours are designed so you can get to know your team and possibly make some early alliances. This can happen via PMs or just by using this thread. Discuss, fight, bitch, moan, whatever. This is the place to do it. THROUGHOUT THE GAME, THIS THREAD CAN AND WILL BE USED FOR ALL CHALLENGES, ELIMINATION ANNOUNCEMENTS AS WELL AS PLAYER DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE DEAL-MAKING.

Remember, there are no guarantees as to format / team structure / routine of this game. Trust me, this makes it more fun. The only exceptions to this are that (A.) I guarantee this game won't take up THAT MUCH of your time on Rajah but will still be fun and (B.) It will be over and a winner will be declared by May 12.

My AIM name is a convenient way to reach me if you wanna chat about this. Have fun and let the games begin.

Here are the rules for this weekend's team immunity challenge.

Later tonight (in about 4 hours), I will post 11 Wrestling Trivia Questions. The interesting part, however, is that in order to know what the question is even asking, you have to first know what the answer to the previous question was.

For example, question number 1 might be: "Who was the first ever WWE 'Undisputed' Champion? (Answer = 'X')"

And question number 2 would be: "Who did X face at Wrestlemania 20?"

And the answers to these questions would be Jericho and Christian, respectively.

I will present a list of 11 questions, and they will be numbered. The order is very important, because the questions MUST BE ANSWERED IN SEQUENTIAL ORDER by the players.

So question 2. can not be answered until question 1. is answered, and question 3. can't be answered until 2. is answered, and so on, and so on.

THIS NEXT RULE IS IMPORTANT: A SINGLE PLAYER CANNOT POST MORE THAN ONE ANSWER in this challenge. So if Deka Dolittle answers question #1, then he cannot answer any more questions. He must rely on his teammates to help him out and score more points for the team.

Your team receives a point whenever one of your team members answers the next question on the list correctly. If someone answers incorrectly, that person has wasted his/her answer and cannot answer for the rest of the challenge. If someone answers incorrectly, THEN QUOTE THEIR POST, SAY THAT THEY'RE WRONG, AND CORRECT THEM. This will result in a point for your team. (Strategically, you should correct people whether they are on your team or not, because your team won't get a point for an incorrect answer.)

A QUESTION CANNOT BE ANSWERED UNLESS THE QUESTION BEFORE IT HAS BEEN ANSWERED CORRECTLY. If I check out this thread and find out that this has happened, the game will be rewound until everything is straightened out.

Periodically, I will drop in and put up a scoreboard.

THE TEAM THAT GETS THE MOST POINTS BY SUNDAY AT 3 PM IS DECLARED THE WINNER.

Check back later tonight for the list of questions. Reply with answers, but be patient, because, remember, you only get to answer one per person.

Good luck.

Cameron
April 20th, 2006, 9:28 PM
If you only get to answer one question, and there's only 8 people on your team... how do all 11 questions gets answered?

Also, you're saying that the person has to know the answer to the previous question in order to get the right answer, but wouldn't they just know anyway if the person's answer before them was correct, since it's posted in the thread?

greebull
April 20th, 2006, 9:40 PM

I'll deal with your questions separately.

The maximum amount of points that your team could get is 8. All 11 questions don't have to be answered for the game to work. If, by Sunday afternoon, only 3 questions are answered, then the team who answered most of those 3 questions wins. But it's still possible for all 11 questions to be answered. Team SD! could have answered 6, while Team RAW answered only 5. Team SD! wins. So it works.

Now your second question: YOU'RE RIGHT, you will know what the answer to the previous question was. This whole "needing the last answer to know the next question" thing is just to make it a little more interesting.

The questions will be up soon...

(1.) Steve Austin made his Wrestlemania debut against Wrestler X. Who is Wrestler X?

(2.) Wrestler X was once the leader of a WWE stable. What were they called?

(3.) Wrestler X lost to Wrestler Y in the finals of the 1995 KOTR. Who is Wrestler Y?

(4.) Wrestler Y lost to Wrestler Z at Summerslam 1995. What title were they fighting over?

(5.) Before leaving for WWE in 1993, what was Wrestler Z's LAST ring name in WCW (in the early 90's)?

(6.) What was Mideon first called in WWE? (Answer = Wrestler B)

(7.) While Mideon wrestled as Wrestler B, he teamed with Wrestler C. Who is Wrestler C?

(8.) Wrester C faced Wrestler D in a Hog Pen match at an In Your House pay-per-view. Who is Wrestler D?

(9.) Wrestler Z wrestled Wrestler D at Badd Blood 2003 in a certain type of match. What type of match? (Answer = Match E)

(10.) Wrestler F is the first man to ever beat The Undertaker in a Match E. Who is Wrestler F?

(11.) Wrestler G helped Wrestler F beat The Undertaker in the Match E. According to Wrestler D, Wrestler G killed someone. Name her.

Let the games begin. Only one answer per player.

ALSO: Only reply with the question number and the answer.

Ex: (1.) Tatanka.

Don't quote the question. Don't quote the last person's response. Make it harder for people to decipher this puzzle. Make 'em work for it. Just reply with the number and the answer, and you'll get your points.

Let the games...

I appreciate it. But you ain't seen nothin' yet.

EDIT: Here's the policy of early votes. If you want to PM me your vote early, you can, but there are a couple caveats to this.

(1.) Once you PM me a vote, it is ABSOLUTELY FINAL. You can't change it. Do you really want to vote early? Think about it.

(2.) Sunday Night, in the Tribal Council post, I will put you on a list of people who voted early.

If you're ok with that, then vote away.

Nope. All votes are read one at a time, in one post, using spoiler tags. The only info that is given is a list of people who voted early, a list of people who did NOT vote, and then the votes.

So don't worry, all votes are confidential.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Immunity Challenge #2 will begin Sunday afternoon, not Sunday evening, like I said previously. The reason for this is because I want the immunity challenge to involve predicting the outcome of TNA's Lockdown PPV on Sunday evening.

The challenge will officially be "on" Sunday at 12 PM EST. At that time, I will post the rules, how points will be awarded, etc. etc.

The challenge will officially end at 7:59 PM EST (right before Lockdown goes on the air.)

So, just remember that we got two things going on this Sunday:

Noon - 7:59 PM: Immunity Challenge #2

3 PM - 8 PM: Team SD! will be PM'ing me their elimination votes.

I will post the results of the "Tribal Council" Sunday night @ 8 PM.

I will post the results of Immunity Challenge #2 Sunday night @ 11 PM.

IMMUNITY CHALLENGE #2

Ok, guys, here's how this will work. The first thing you should know is that each player can only post ONE PREDICTION (similar to last game, where you could only post one answer.) This prediction will be in this format:

Wrestler (or Team) X will beat Wrestler (or Team) Y.

ex.: Sting's team will beat Jarrett's team.

So let's say that Mikey Jones posts the prediction above. This means that if his prediction comes true and Sting's team wins the Lethal Lockdown match, he has scored for his team.

Now, just because Team SD! has Sting's team winning doesn't mean that Team RAW will get points if Jarrett's team wins. In order for this to happen, someone from Team RAW would have to post...

Jarrett's team will beat Sting's team.

...and then this would mean that if Jarrett's team wins, Team RAW has scored.

ANOTHER THING: A player can "override" someone on his/her team by quoting the person's post, and saying that you disagree, and that you think "Blah is going to beat Blah." Then your team has officially changed its prediction. THIS COUNTS AS A PLAYER'S ONE AND ONLY POST IN THIS GAME.

If you predict a match that has already been predicted by a teammate of yours, then your teammate's prediction is NULL and VOID. So be careful not to override a teammate's prediction unless you really think that he/she is wrong.

The next post will be a list of the matches as well as their different point values. That's right, some matches are worth more points than others.

Good luck, and remember, you can make a post that simply talks to your teammates, like "Is somebody from my team gonna take Christian? Or should we take Abyss? What do you guys think"

But when you make a post that is in this format: "Wrestler (or Team) X will beat Wrestler (or Team) Y," it is an official in-game prediction.

Good luck. THE GAME IS ON.

PM ME YOUR VOTE FOR EITHER CAMERON OR WILFRED SOMETIME BETWEEN NOW AND 11 AM EST. THAT IS APPROXIMATELY 13 HOURS AFTER THE TIME OF THIS POST. I hope this is enough time for all parties involved. I will post the results of this tiebreaker tomorrow at 11 AM.

WILFRED AND CAMERON: Now that you know that you are obviously being targeted by your team, feel free to post WHY you feel like you should stay in the game.

Ok, guys, we're down to 13, and we got some new teams. The team that loses this next challenge will have to vote someone off of their (new) team.

This challenge is called "Make your own trivia."

There are 2 "halves" to this challenge. During the first half, players will PM me a wrestling trivia question, but there are a few restrictions on what the questions can be:

(1.) The answer to the question must be THE NAME OF ONE (1) WRESTLER who wrestled in the WWE for at least ONE YEAR.

(2.) The answer must be able to be proven. For example, no smart aleck-y questions like, "What is my favorite wrestler?" or "Who is the best wrestler never to hold the WWE title?" Questions must be based on FACT and wrestling history, not opinion.

(3.) YOU MUST PROVIDE THE CORRECT ANSWER ALONG WITH YOUR CUSTOM QUESTION!

Each player can PM me a wrestling trivia question and its corresponding answer sometime between NOW and 11:59 PM tomorrow (THURSDAY) night EASTERN STANDARD TIME. As long as your question doesn't break the rules posted above, your team receives ONE POINT.

(That's right, you get points just for submitting a question, whether it's easy as hell or hard as balls.)

Only one question (with accompanying answer) per player!

Thursday night, I will post all the questions that I got from each team. TEAM RAW will be asked to answer TEAM SD's questions, and vice versa.

At the end of the "first half," every player has a clean slate. If you submitted a question for the first half, you can score even more points for your team by participating in the second half as well.

The second half will simply consist of posts like this:

-------

Who is HBK?

Oooh, I know this one. It's Shawn Michaels.

--------

Voila. That guy up there just got 2 points for his team. Yup, every time a player answers one of the other team's questions, his team gets 2 points. And, like usual, a player cannot answer more than one question. If he answers wrong, he has wasted his turn and his team gets zero points.

The second half of the game will start after I post all the questions that I received in my PM mailbox. Players will receive credit for submitting their respective questions.

The game will end Friday night at 11:59 PM EST. Whoever has the most points wins.

Our fourth tribal council will take place from 3 PM - 8 PM Saturday night.

Phew. Long one. Ok, if you have any questions, PM me or just post it here. If it's urgent, then AIM me.

Have fun.

THE FIRST HALF OF THIS CHALLENGE IS OFFICIALLY ON. Start coming up with some good questions AND GET THEM PM'ED TO ME BY TOMORROW NIGHT! Use this thread to chat, talk about the challenge, argue, make love, whatever.

Considering that Raw has 7 members and Smackdown has 6, will Smackdown be given the ability to answer all 7 of Raw's questions? If not, their highest possible score is higher than ours. In the event that both teams answer every question available to them correctly and all members submit questions, we would still be losing by 1 point. Will both teams be able to earn the full 13 points?

Team SD! can score a max of 18 points:

6 questions + (6 correct answers)(times 2) = 18

Team RAW can score a max of 19 points:

7 questions + (6 correct answers)(times 2) = 19

That's just gonna be how the cookie crumbles. I doubt both teams will get perfect scores, anyway. Wait until you see how hard these friggin' questions are.

I got 5 questions from Team RAW and 6 questions from Team SD!

Therefore, the official score after the FIRST HALF is:

RAW: 5
SD!: 6

The next post contains rules for the second half of the challenge as well as the questions that you have created for each other.

Good luck.

Below are two separate lists. The first list is a compilation of questions that Team RAW came up with. The second list is a compilation of the questions that Team SD! came up with. Each member of Team SD! / RAW can take ONE SHOT at answering ONE (and ONLY ONE) of the other team's questions correctly. If they do so, they will receive 2 points. If one of your team members gets it wrong, you can re-answer the question, but this counts as your turn.

IF ANY ANSWERS ARE EDITED, THEY WILL COUNT AS A RESPONSE, BUT NO POINTS WILL BE AWARDED. I'm serious about this.

Another caveat to this game: If you answer a question and are told it was incorrect, and DISAGREE, you can CHALLENGE the author of the question. If you can prove that your answer is right, the person you challenged loses the point he got for making the question AND you get the 2 points for getting it right.

Remember, each answer is the name of a wrestler who is or was under WWE contract for at least one year.

Team RAW Questions:
(for Team SD! to answer)

(1.) ***ALREADY ANSWERED BY PAINTMEBLOODRED*** Who is the only WWE wrestler to connect with a chairshot to Trish Stratus? (submitted by Cameron) ***ALREADY ANSWERED BY PAINTMEBLOODRED***

(2.) ***ALREADY ANSWERED BY MIKEY JONES*** Who said, "I'm the reason Hulk Hogan lost his hair"? (Canuckin) ***ALREADY ANSWERED BY MIKEY JONES***

(3.) ***ALREADY ANSWERED BY TLK23*** Who is the only superstar to win one half of the World Tag Team Titles under 3 different names? (FaSho) ***ALREADY ANSWERED BY TLK23***

(4.) ***ALREADY ANSWERED BY POMPEYDUCK*** Who was the last person to be eliminated in the Randy Savage, Ricky Steamboat, Jake Roberts, Jim Duggan and Brutus Beefcake vs. Honky Tonk Man, Danny Davis, Harley Race, Hercules and Ron Bass Survivor Series Elimination Match-up in November 1987? (Holy Hopkins) ***ALREADY ANSWERED BY POMPEY DUCK***

(5.) ***ALREADY ANSWERED BY SANCTIMONIOUS S.O.B.*** Which former Canadian-born WWE/WWF/WWWF Champion was named for a wrestling legend who died as a result of injuries suffered in the ring? (iLLu51on VII) ***ALREADY ANSWERED BY SANCTIMONIOUS S.O.B.***

Team SD! Questions:
(for Team RAW to answer)

(1.) ***ALREADY ANSWERED BY FASHO*** Who is the most recent wrestler to become a Triple Crown Champion (i.e. win the WWE, World Tag, and IC Titles)? (Mikey Jones) ***ALREADY ANSWERED BY FASHO***

(2.) According to Mick Foley, one year for Christmas, he gave his son Dewey a set of action figures for a tag team that was part of WWE at the time. His son began to cry and asked his father if Santa knew that he hated that tag team. Name the older member of that tag team. (PaintMeBloodRed)

(3.) ***ALREADY ANSWERED BY GUNGE MAN*** In WCW, Eddie Guerrero once sustained an injury to his pectoral muscle during a match that resulted in his absence from the ring for 3 months. The injury occured as the result of a botched spot during the match, which was for the United States Championship. Like the true professional he was, Eddie battled on to the conclusion of the no-DQ match, resulting in his opponent winning the match thanks to a run-in. Who was it that ran in? (pompey duck) ***ALREADY ANSWERED BY GUNGE MAN***

(4.) Who won the first ever WWE Ladder Match? (Sanctimonious S.O.B.)

(5.) ***ALREADY ANSWERED BY HOLY HOPKINS*** The Headshrinkers had a total of three members. They were Samu, Fatu, and who? (Slim Shady) ***ALREADY ANSWERED BY HOLY HOPKINS***

(6.) ***ALREADY ANSWERED BY ILLU51ON*** Who said that Sable is "27 but looks 37"? (TLK23) ***ALREADY ANSWERED BY ILLU51ON**

I did not receive any questions from Gunge Man or Deka Dolittle. HOWEVER, they are still allowed to participate in the second half of this challenge, as is everyone else.

If you can provide a link to a GIF, picture, movie, or a reliable text recap of someone hitting Trish with a chair besides (insert "correct answer according to cameron" here), I will deduct a point from Team RAW AND give Team SD! two points.

Bottom center video. She throws her into the chair once. The first swing is too fast to determine whether or not it connected, but just because its too fast to tell doesnt mean it missed. Second swing clips her shoulder with the edge. Maybe not full contact, but it touches her and thus constitutes connection.
