Just beat Milan 4-2 away in the first group match of the CL. They were all over me at 2-1 up until they lost a man to a red card.

Then changed all XI men to play Wigan away and beat them 2-0.

My third XI are then going to play Walsall in the League Cup 3rd round.

A big squad really helps when you're fighting on more than one front.

Amd a 2-1 win at Walsall allows me to go away to Chelsea (4th away match in a row) with all of my first team at 100%.

In the league I've won all 6 games so far but Chelsea are second, 6 points and a game behind me, and are my first real challenge. For these derbys I always drop my new signings and the players who don't speak English to the bench. No miscommunication can be allowed today.

Picked up Kevin Nolan and Ryan Taylor on frees in February after Newcastle went into admin and the administrators released half their squad

I got the demo, I'm impressed so far. I like the 3d engine and Kuyt is realistically shit at finishing.

I'll need to watch out for that, couldn't get anybody to bid for Barton etc at all and he's on over 70k a week for God's sake.

They still have Lucas on 64k, Barton on 40k and Taylor on 45k. They have a young lad called Ryan Donaldson who looks bloody good and scored a hat trick against me, I doubt he'll get released as he's only on 4k but I'd love to get him. If you get to the Premiership you'll be fine, they got relegated after going straight back up.

I'm still playing 09. I don't get why certain teams shouldn't be crawling over dead bodies to hire me. Mainly international ones.
